To my surprise, Smart Blonde sent me another of the same item, in perfect quality and condition. Also, alittle extra goody was included. Excellent job on making a new customer happy. Design your own plate and have it in just a few days. What could be better? Well, "better" is when you receive it, the product far exceeds your expectations. You find yourself wondering, "How do they do that?" The colors, font, and clipart on my golf cart plate are exactly what I wanted... and... for a very fair price. Bottom line: this is a very good company!

IT WAS SO MUCH FUN DESIGNING A TAG FOR MY GREAT NIECE FOR HER FIRST TRUCK WHICH SHE WAS GETTING AS A SURPRISE. (WHAT A NICE SURPRISE!) I WILL USE THIS SITE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE WHEN I NEED A TAG. Each time not only has creating my tags been a breeze online but the service has been excellent. My product has been shipped within two days and I have been notified of each step of the shipment process by e-mail. Thanks due to the patience and attention from Kerry Newberry, my experience was wonderful with Smart 'blonde... there were some complications with my order as I needed it sent to an APO (Army Post Office) address in Germany to avoid expensice international rates. Kerry worked with me, sent many possibilities for several license plates, continue to work even over my mistakes with address... together we were very successfulll Kudos to Kerry... hope to order from you again.
