I love Jeff, he makes awesome YouTube videos with exercise and health safety info. They sell some tasty nutritional supplement shakes for people who want to get in better shape. Also they sell some workout plans. Some of their stuff is pricey but this guy worked in pro sports and really knows his stuff. If you want to get into lifting or body weight fitness go here and try one of the plans.
