The following link doesn't explain anything, I see only a warning letter requesting the sites' owner to remove the words "Lights", "Ultra Lights", "Mild" etc. from the product names.Not a word about fines which may be imposed to customers if they buy from these sites. You've better read the full article instead of misinforming and deceiving people. I order from them for 2 years. NO PROBLEMS AT ALL!

I have been ordering from this site I believe for a year now and they are the best! I had tried other sites and either I did not receive my merchandise or it took over 30 days to receive it. Good prices & prompt shipment. Once my order didn't arrive in the usual two weeks. After waiting another week or so i contacted customer support. They promptly looked into the matter, determined it had been lost in the mail & reshipped the order at no cost to me. I've tried several online cigarette sites & this is the best i've found.

I am very pleased with the service i have been getting as of late. W started out on rocky grounds but they shipped my order 3months late but i received them right now they have my buisness.

I really can't say enough about the service I've received. Occasionally there's been hiccups with my credit card company not approving purchases for security reasons but the people at Azcigs were patient and worked with me to resolve those issues. I've always received my orders in a timely fashion and have recommended the site to friends who have been as equally delighted as me.

I have been ordering from azcigs.com for quite a while and will continue to do so for many reasons. One being that the quality of customer service if ever needed is above 100%. The shipping time is always promp sending and receiving. The prices are outstanding and never run into "out of stock" when ordering. I have tried other sites and was so disappointed until I found azcigs. I have given the web site to many friends whom now are customers.

I have been using azcigs for over a year and am very happy with them. With the one time I had delivery problems they were very helpful and corrected the problem quickly. Very easy to use the site and track orders. You do need to tell your credit card co. To approve the billing but I am glad to see they are checking over seas purchases. I am telling all my friends about this site.

More than half of these reviews start with "I've been ordering from azcigs.com". And more than half of these reviews are five or four stars. The site operators actually are DESPERATE enough to write their own fake reviews. I have not ordered from this site, but after reading the REAL reviews, I'm gonna say this site earns itself -5 stars. It seems like everyone was jipped and ripped off. As I said, I haven't ordered from this site, but I'm not stupid enough to. And if the person reading this is considering buying from them, I hope you're not either.

It takes some time to convince Chase bank to accept the order. But everything on AZ's end was perfect.

I have dealt with several 'off-shore' sites and now almost entirely with AZCigs. Yes, arrival takes the better part of a month, but their communications are excellent...
And ship in one package (for 6 cartons, anyway) vs 2-cartons-to-a-package-which-
Wander-in-sporadically, and use USPS tracking, A Good Thing.

My experience with this site was excellent. Delivery was prompt and, as opposed to other suppliers, they tracked my shipment right up to the point of its delivery to me. To me this showed they care about customer satisfaction.

I have been using azcigs for over a year. My very first order, they sent the wrong brand of cigarettes. My latest order: I ordered and paid for 8 cartons and received only 4 cartons (May, 2010). After contacting them, they banned me from ordering from them, saying I was dishonest - called me a liar. BEWARE of this company because they do not care and I hope no one gives them their money.

A relative sent me azcigs.com a while back so I'd tried it. It worked out perfectly! From the very moment that I ordered the cig. Online til the time that I received the package, azcigs had made sure that everything was going to be fine. Great service, can't ask for more!

Been using AZ for about a year & have never had a problem, ordering thru delivery. Other sites I have tried only ship in 3 carton parcels & one or two always gets lost in shipment, who needs the agg. AZ has excellent customer service, always timely e-mails & I've always received a one box parcel for my order before the expected delivery date. It's a site you can count on & appreciate & I do!
