Sent wrong item their mistake and impossible to return...theyve disconnected their cutomer service phone line...

Needed a new/replacement fin for my Baracuda G3 Pool Cleaner. Search online found that BackyardPoolSuperstore had the lowest price with free shipping. Took the chance and made the purchase. Part arrived on time and was the part indicated. I have not yet installed it nor do I have any feedback on the longevity of the part but the shopping experience was great.

Not happy about the fact that I had to set up an account despite the page stating that I wouldn't have to. Also, I ordered directly from your website because Amazon did not have options for quicker delivery, and the one shipping option did not provide an estimated delivery date. We're not trying to be demanding, we just want to see what our fastest delivery options are. But I do appreciate the opportunity to give feedback after the delivery. Thanks!

I purchase an mx6 cleaner from this company. When I reached out to them to arrange a replacement exchange because it came defective,they flat out out refused to do so.
BUYER BEWARE. This company does not stand behind their product and do not offer any other resolution to help your situation. Their ebay store sold this as a "working" product, but that wasn't the case. I tried to dispute it with the credit card company and lost that as well…Next stop small claims court. Hopefully my loss serves as a eye opener to anyone considering to buy from them.
Better to buy a product elsewhere where you're money is protected in case the product comes defective.

Ordered something from this company and it said it arrived today at 1048am in my mailbox, but per my video surveillance camera it never arrived. They told me that it was my problem to file a police report but the video shows it was not delivered so it is on USPS the shipper they choose to use. They refuse to refund or send me a replacement. There customer service associate was not interested in helping me at all.

Did online reviews on various pool cleaning robots. Checked with local pool supplier selling a number of types of auto cleaning robots including Dolphin and indicated that Dolphin had the best on the market today. It's just a decision that has to be make on which Dolphin fits your particular situation. I called Backyard Pools direct to get more specifics. I have a small pool so I chose the Dolphin Nautilus CC. Can't wait to try it.

the service was ok the shipping sucked the sent me a tracking # that gave me a date which was good, we started out hot tub on that day and it didn't show up for a week, so hot tub running no chemicals. Plus it was sent to 4 states going the wrong way across the USA!!! Finally got it.

We ordered a Hayward pool heater for our pool as a surprise for the grandkids. They canceled our sale today leaving us to order it last minute from Hayward through Amazon for the same price but now we'll after Christmas

Several items are Out Of Stock / Ad read Free Shipping on the cartridge that I ordered. After committing to order, saw a shipping charge was added. Then received no follow up confirmation that order was received or being shipped - it just showed up in our mailbox. First time ordering from this company and expected better communication.

I bought a pool vacuum from this store. It was in stock. On the day after it was supposed to arrive they canceled the order and said it was out of stock. Unprofessional. Would never buy from them again. Amazon of course was no help.

It sucks. I put in my credit card information to determine the shipping date was and when I clicked on the button to see the summary screen it placed my order. I have never experienced an online site that did not have a summary screen. Amazon said it would arrive July 28-30. I was hoping by coming directly to you that maybe I could get it sooner. I Received a shipping confirmation from Amazon.via email another email to follow on exect date due to the value of the item a signature will be needed.
Approximately 3 days later I received a cancelation on my order from Backyard &Pool Superstore. The reason was NON PAYMENT for freight. I called Amazon they tried several times to resolve the issue but this so called Business would not budge. Lastly I was told by this business they would re-order the heater BUT the price is now $2199. Amazon asked this 3rd party vendor to honor the original price from 3 days prior Amazon could not resolve this issue due to the fact Backyard &Pool Superstore is a 3rd party vendor.
One would say what kind of business is this.
