I think I ordered my husband's wedding ring here in the past...it broke once and they replaced without any problems. Just ordered another (for a backup)...i'm sure my future experiences with the company will be just as effortless as they have been in the past.

The ring that I ordered was beautiful, lovely stones and setting, but the ring sat too high on my finger. This is more of a cocktail ring - I wanted a ring that sits more flush on my finger so I could wear it daily. I loved the ring and the beautiful sparkle of the stone, but I had to return it - I am still going through Bahdos rings, but will call before I order to be sure it does not rise too high on my finger.

I called to ask for the ring that was being really hard to get, and the customer service was excellent, they got back to me today and believe I called a lot of jewelers, good service

Not your fault, but FedEx was three days late. The package called for a signature, causing someone to be home waiting on it.

Great company! My fiance' purchased my engagement ring from here and we just bought our wedding bands as well. They provide plenty of great insight for how to choose a diamond. When the ring got here, it was absolutely beautiful. The intricate details of the band were flawless and the diamond itself is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen.
