Great card good rates and I would recommend signing up to Barclaycard rewards it's free and well worth it average £16 a month in cash back I would not recommend Barclays current account thought shadey there

I was converted from Amex to Barclay's by jetBlue and it is the worst card I have ever had. They can never be straight forward on dispute and they respond in 2-3 three months and when they do, they never have sided with me. The site is confusing where they roll amount due at last statement and current balance together so I run a spreadsheet to track current versus total. Except for our ongoing relationship with jetBlue, I'd drop them like a steaming hot potato.

The site is confusing where they roll amount due at last statement and current balance together so I run a spreadsheet to track current versus total.

Except for our ongoing relationship with jetBlue, I'd drop them like a steaming hot potato.

I called to make a balance transfer and kept getting redirected after getting transferred multiple times I was disconnected and then received 8-10 spam calls on my phone. It seemed like the customer service was coming from India because all 7 people I spoke to have the accent. Don't know why no one can help me. This has been deeply disturbing, knowing that I am giving my information with no results to a foreign land. Something isn't right

I think if people try to use this site, no explanation will be needed..

Great card good rates and I would recommend signing up to Barclaycard rewards it's free and well worth it average £16 a month in cash back I would not recommend Barclays current account thought shadey there

Tip for consumers:
Use the rewards program at all times even if you pay multiple times a month off your card to use your card for the rewards if done correctly it will pay your monthly minimum payment and then some the bigger the purchases the more rewards (use credit card not debit get rewards pay ballance off = good credit boost and free cash back)

Barclaycard don't accept esa or pips as a source of income. So if you're disabled don't apply. They don't tell you, just sent emails saying they can't verify your income. Took me several phone calls of over 2 hours to find out the problem. Other banks accept them, just not bardlaycard.

I applied for and received the Jetblue plus card through an email promising 40,000 points after meeting certain conditions. I met those conditions, but only received 15,000 points. Customer service refused to help after repeated emails. Don't waste your time on this card or this company.

I've tried at least three to four times to order a JetBlue credit card, since I am a frequent flier. I have been denied the couple times that I tried. I have excellent credit and pay my bills on time. The excuse was my credit is bad and low credit scores. I'm not trying this bank anymore.

The website and phone system will accept ypur payment and even send a confirmation email, then you will discover days to weeks later that it did not actually go through and you will not have been notified. Also, if you have secondary bank accounts listed, it will sometimes pull from a different account than the one you click. If you call to notify, they will tell you it is corrected, but it won't be. Even if you remove that account from the website, Barclay will continue to hit the wrong account over and over again and you're on the hook for bank overdraft fees. Every time you speak to a representative, you'll be told it is fixed, only to find out later it was not.

Tip for consumers:
You will be on the hook for bank overdraft fees and your credit score will be ruined.

After excepting a credit card offer from Barclays through my AARP membership, I immediately gave them information for two balance, transfers. The balance transfers with 0% interest were the sole reason I excepted the credit card offer to begin with. After waiting a few weeks, one of my statement still was not reflecting that the transfer has been made. When I contacted Barclays, they told me that it failed to process, but they could not tell me why. When I asked how to resolve it, they said they could not help me as it had been over 45 days and I was required to do the transfer in that time period. I spoke with a customer care center supervisor named Kevin, who assured me that he could see that I had provided all information necessary for the balance transfer well ahead of the 45 days. However, since there was a problem on their end (one, they never made any attempt to resolve) he was not able to resubmit it. He acknowledged that I provided all the information to them for the balance transfer well within the required timeline. However, despite it, not being my fault, they could not resubmit and would not honor the original offer. He also assured me that I would be wasting my time to try and escalate it further as he was the final authority, and there was no one else that it could be escalated to.

I mailed them a payoff check on 2/25/21 that I got by refinancing my house. I sent it certified mail so that I could track when it got there.

It was delivered to their mailbox on 3/3/21. I waited until 3/5/21 before calling them. It still hadn't been picked up.

I asked the 1st person and a supervisor if they would please pick up the check and process it before my due date of 3/8/21. They both quoted me that their mailed payment process takes 7-10 business days and it wouldn't be processed until 3/11/21. They said they wouldn't refund or do anything about the late fee that would be incurred, even though the payoff was sitting in their mailbox for 2 days already and would be there for 5 business days before they processed it.

I had to make an extra payment online and now I will have a couple extra hundred dollars paid on my account when they process the check. I'll have to find out how to get that money back. I will be closing my account as soon as I can.

Don't get their credit card

One of the worst worst worst service provider, they blocked my account for just one chargeback, that also when it was customer's mistake, barclays didn't give my business any support...to make things worst they held my funds for 6 months and also black listed my business on MATCH, this way it gets very difficult to apply for any other merchant...barclays literally killed my business for just one chargeback...do not do business with barclays they are the worst in the industry...they will not only block your account, they will also hold your funds for 6 months and also black list you on match...they don't even deserve one star...Useless barclays

I have been a credit card holder of Priceline credit card for more than 10 years this is a Barclays company. I purchased items from an online clothing company. When the items arrived they looked nothing like the pictures. When I tried to return them the company was trying to refund me 50% less than what I paid for no reason. I disputed the charge on my credit card. Barclays opened the case credited my account then afterwords charged me back again closed the case with zero explanation for why they wouldn't support my dispute. I later found out from the merchant, who is more willing to work with me then Barclays wise, That Barclays never actually contacted them. I have been trying to dispute the charge since April. Every time I call Barclays I get the runaround. They never have any supervisors to speak to. I've called every single day for six business days and every day I am told that I'll get a callback from a supervisor within 12 to 24 hours. I even messaged them online and got the same response. I have heard back from anyone. A week & 1/2 ago I was told that the dispute was reopened. I called yesterday to follow up to speak with a supervisor and was told that the dispute was never reopened and that they can't re-open it. I have recorded every phone call because they are recording their calls as well and I have been lied to repeatedly by this company. There is nowhere to contact except for the single phone number that is on the credit card. Every phone number out there for this organization goes to the same automated attendant. They have no escalation process they have no supervisor you can talk to. They do not stand behind their advertisements of protecting their customers. It has been the worst customer experience I have ever experienced.

It's generally good, but the cash advance process was very slow. I wanted to advance $13,000, and they said it would take a week. After a week I started to get a bit nervous because this had hit my credit account and was not in my bank account. Missing $13,000, no big, right? Took AWHILE, but they eventually got it into my account. Definitely do not do this unless you have a good amount of time until you need to use the money. There is a high fee and high interest and it is frustrating to have to pay that when they money isn't even usable by you yet.
