I was charged 50 aed for online consultation but all doctors were busy so nobody connected, they was will call back but nobody called.

Support just doesn't answer, worst experience ever.

I was just charged 50 aed for nothing: just like that.

This is one of the most $#*!ty HRMS app I have come across. I have been facing issues logging in every alternate day.
The apps updated. My phone is always latched on to my phone network n the office wifi (airtel 5g)
Yet the map on the app just keeps loading and i cannot log in. WHICH RESULTS IN LOSS OF MY ATTENDANCE N PAY.
I have changed my phone from a nokia 6.1 to redmi 9A due to this reason n i am still facing the same issue.
Can someone for god sake plz fix this issue.!

Very bad experience with Bayzat. The only time I needed health insurance was when I went to one of their network hospitals for having high fever, I was surprised when the hospital informed me that I have no insurance, despite the fact that I had renwed my insurance with Bayzat. The hospital repeatedly tried to contact Bayzat with no response. Later, when I received a call from Bayzat requesting me to renew my Insurance and when I told them that their services is not as promised they admitted that they made a mistake in entering my personal details to their system which resulted in refusiing my insurance at the hospital. Bayzat refused to take responsibility and refund the money that I paid. Similar problems happened with other clients.
Doing business with Bayzat is waisting money by any definition.

Bayzat is user friendly platform for comparing and purchasing health insurance in Dubai, UAE. Excellent service and helpful team. Will definitely recommend to others. Keep it up guys!

Bayzat core values are being #Selfish & #Untrustworthy. We have financial problems, failed #fundraising, laid off 100 employees in Dec, still haven't paid salary due in 2023, and continue losing customers.

I purchased Daman health insurance from Bayzat and they helped me during the purchase. I had to cancel my policy and i submitted all the documents requested by them. It has been 4 months since then and am still awaiting my refund amount. They have a new story every time i follow up.

If Bayzat can't provide this basic service then why will people buy from them? Its better to buy from the insurance companies.

Very Long time to process companies Health Insurance...

We have been back and forth for almost 1 month to process insurance for SME company of a group of 8 staff!
It's way better to go directly through the vendor itself

I needed health insurance and this was really the only site I found for the UAE that provides a comparison with prices as well. Very easy to use, and I was able to get my policy within 4 days after applying. I wish they had an online payment though!
