I had only pleasant experiences with Reynold in our interactions on the phone while he's been supporting me throughout a purchased TV issue. I can really sense the personal interest he has for me as a customer while goes above and beyond to help resolve my issue. He's never patronizing or unsympathetic on the phone or in emails. Hope I can continue to work with him until my issue is ultimately resolved.

Reached out to Beach Camera to get some information on my shipped item. Lariza T-G assisted me and was very professional, and got me all my information in less than a few minutes. So far my experience with Beach Camera has been really good. I will update the review after receiving my item.

I ordered a $300 watch from them, and no shipment was generated. After countless emails and calls to "customer service" with 0 response, I am convinced this company is a front and advise anyone to stay away. I will be filing complaints with feds and seeking a fraud claim.

I recently purchased an LG C1 77in TV from Buydig at the lowest price I've seen. The process was smooth with timely follow ups when the TV was shipped.

I had an issue where my bank declined the transaction and asked me to reorder the TV. There was a miscommunication on Buydig end and they were unaware of the bank declining it. They ended up shipping out 2 TV's and charged me. I called and Angela Zambrano from customer support was able to cancel the order even though it was shipped out and not charging me. With this type of support, I'd be happy to order from Buydig in the future!

The TV arrived quickly and was packaged incredibly well to prevent any damage in shipping. I was very happy with the purchase experience and delivery of the item. I reached out to customer support with a couple of order/shipping questions and Maria from the CS team promptly answered all questions and was an incredible help!

Several missing items from a drone "bundle" I purchased. Customer Service only responded when negative review submitted, but did not help with missing items, as promised. Worst experience ever!

I bought a new LG OLED tv from Beach Camera, they had the best price and I decided to try them after reading several recommendations on the internet. In my experience I can say they're FANTASTIC.

The tv arrived promptly and delivered by professionals, very friendly who called me in advance to arrange a delivery day.

Unfortunately we discovered the tv had a manufacturing defect, and worked with the incredible Maria G., who had also reached out prior to the tv delivery to confirm what to expect, to try and have the tv repaired.

Maria is so helpful and always responded timely, she arranged for me to work with the also fantastic Reynold J., who would work with LG on my behalf. LG declined the repair request, but Beach Camera was very supportive and understanding and we were able to return the tv for a full refund. Maria arranged for the shipping company to pick up the tv for return, and I was fully refunded a week later.

Things happen, but Beach Camera and its amazing customer service really saved the day. I will absolutely be buying our next tv from there again.

Ordered a milk frother. Was listed as "label printed" until today. Despite frequent attempts to see what was delaying it, no response. Today I finally contacted Amazon, still no reply from BeachCamera, and is now listed as arriving on Dec.19. Was due today. No information given, no response to questions and who knows if I will get it on time for Christmas. I'll never order from them again.

I recently ordered a very expensive LG Sound Bar for our relatively new 4K OLED Tv. Package arrived earlier than expected, was packed well and everything was in order. We ran into some installation and technical issues and I worried that I would have to return the Sound Bar. I reached out to Beach Camera with some questions and, within minutes, received a helpful response. They continued to work with me over several days--at night and on the weekend--to help me resolve our issues. Wow...if I had bought directly from Amazon there is no way I would have received such personalized and responsive assistance. Buy from Beach Camera and know they are ready to help if needed!

First they sold me a defective product and when I reach out to them to let them know they tell me they can't do anything because I would have to contact the manufactured comany and that I would have to get it warrantied. This was the first time I tried using the product so with all the back n forsth with messages I paid for the return shipping which they were supposed to provide and I get a message from them saying they cant do anything and that they will send back my item. I waited a week so I called to see what was going on and they say I need to pay for the shipping. Yeah so they took my money and kept my purchased item. Thanks Beach Camera, shows how you truly care about your customers

Bought an open box TV from this seller. TV was shipped quickly and in good condition but was missing remote control. Reached out to customer service and Maria was very helpful and courteous in resolving the issue. Thank you!

If I could give a no star I would. I places an order or Feb 20th from Las Vegas. The entire time I was tracking my shipment only to find out they placed the wrong address on it. I was already waiting almost 10 days. Beach camera contacted Fedex didn't even contact me to correct the address error on their part. So now having to wait for my product to go back to beachcamera to be recharged to my account and sent all over again. Horrible customer service.

All prepared to return my purchased item for refund because I was able to purchase elsewhere for 40.00 less. Rizalyn saw my refund request was in process so reached out to me offering a partial refund. I was impressed with the fact that a business would reach out to me with an alternative. I accepted the offer. Kudos to Rizalyn for great customer service to me and at same time helping her company avoid expense of returned item.

I ordered the wrong size stock pot, and these folks bent over backwards to make me happy. It's pretty rare to encounter such terrific TLC. Well done! So refreshing to see honest commitment to make customers happy.

Ordered a TV from BeachCamera via Amazon and had a minor issue with my order. Contacted them and received a quick response from Rizalyn with there customer support. They were able to quickly address my issue. I would definitely purchase from them again in the future.

This company is one of the worst I've ever made purchases from TV came 2 months after purchase and then when I opened it it was broke the shipping company said I could just throw the tv out but no one will return my calls or emails about who and when is the tv going to be replaced. I'll never buy anything here again ever! Stay away go to your closet Best Buy and don't use these people!

Purchased a tablet pc described as Open Box. When I received it there was nothing inside the box but the tablet wrapped in plastic. No charger, no paperwork, nothing. Contacted Beach Camera and was told the item was used and purchased as-is with no warranty and no return. Complete false advertising. Open Box is NOT the same as used. Avoid this horrible company

I ordered Mackie audio mixer bundle and had missing software and missing 5-pack stereo adapter.

I would stay away and Never buy from this seller. Very disappointing!
