Dress was NOTHING like the picture cost £50 but looked £5 from the market or something! Awful material and definitely not true sizing. I sent it back and they emailed a week later saying they had credited my account, i then had to email to say i wanted a full refund for them to say its going to take 28 days for a refund! Where these days takes so long for a refund! What a hassle! Wont be ordering from these ever again and ill certainly be telling everyone else about it!

You have a credit note for which I want to redeem... after emailing you numerous times and trying to call your DODGEY numbers I have had to resort to letting you how I feel this way... I just dont understand how SO CALLEDcompanies like you are allowed to even trade your a DISGRACE to all the genuine online clothing companies. But not to worry WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND... its just a matter of time... please please please DO NOT SUPPORT THESE BOGUS PEOPLE...

Ordered a sequinned nude dress on 10th March, the delivery was supposed to be 3-5 days shipping, I only received it 1 week ago on April 21st basically nearly 2months, absolutely diabolicle service, also they sent the wrong colour they sent a green sequinned dress instead. I'm so disgusted it's an absolute scam and shambles! Keep trying to ring the company with no answer and now I'm out of pocket!

After using this site many times to order dresses, I had luckily never had issues with quality. However if you ever need to send something back (wrong sizing) this is where you will find the issue. They take so much chasing to receive your refund back, it has put me off ordering from this site ever again! Over a month to put £50 bank in my account is unacceptable not forgetting the amount of messages I have sent to them direct wondering where my refund was? I honestly would think twice before ordering off this site again, as they don't like to refund and won't even acknowledge your refund until you have chased them up. Sizing is incorrect. Guaranteed to not fit material colour and finish nothing like pictures. No paypal option so you can't get your money back. If sent returns by normal post they claim they haven't received it. This company is a rip off and should be shut down

Worst place! Company should be shut down. Ordered my daughters prom dress from here didn't even come till a week later. No one responds back to you no phone number that works to contact anyone anyone. Now I'm out 250.00 dollars! DO NOT ORDER! Rip off

DO NOT ORDER FROM HIS COMPANY. ABSOLUTE SCAM. I ordered 2 dresses for them unfortunately back in January.It states on their website it takes max 7 working days to deliver and I got my package 5 weeks after! Absolute joke! They refuse to refund me and offered me a credit note. As if I would ever order from these again. Getting on to my solicitor about this maybe that will open their eyes to their terrible customer service!

Ordered a dress on he Thursday paid 6.10 for two day postage the dress came on the Saturday but when I opened it it was the wrong dress! I contacted them on Facebook and they said to send the dress back but I would have to pay the postage as they don't do free returns...

Then u read reviews about this company beckys dresses now beckys boutiques.com and a lot of people said when they sent their dress back the people at the other end tried to say the dress was faulty or had swear marks etc on it so I decided to cut the dress in half and make my own one rather than risk being completely out of pocket and with no dress.

I won't ever order again and I'll write a bad review about them on every site possible

Do not use this company! My experience is that they have not delivered my dress at all! I have chased them but they do not pick up the main phone number listed on their website and the mobile number is dodgy! They were very good at first, but once they have your money you won't hear from them. I have sent numerous emails which they have not responded and now I have had to get my bank and lawyer involved! I should have guessed when I saw the two websites are connected beckysboutiques.com and celebrityspot.co.uk. Be careful as it's not worth the risk. A fancy website but that's all it is!

Trust me when I tell you I read the horrible reviews beckydress got and almost died! I kept emailing them back and forth to know the status of my dress! It came in today and I absolutely loved it although I still had to get it altered to my body type and its extremely long... the dress is beautiful! I wouldn't recomened beckydress if you're not willing to spend a little extra just incase you have to get it altered! It also came in a day early and I paid express shipping so yeah it's pretty risky but I think I got lucky!

I ordered my dress a month ago and I haven't received it yet. I also think Their tracking numbers are fake, they told me to track my shipping on JS-express which I also think is fake because they got no contact number or any information about their company and even worst its not in English. I regret ordering without searching about its review and rate. Don't believe the 5 star review the company probably wrote it.

I ordered a dress from Beckys boutique and unfortunately it was out of stock so when I phoned the girl I was speaking to let me pick any dress I wanted (the price didn't matter if it was more expensive) and sent me it next day delivery and I got it before 10 am the next day! The girl was so helpful and couldn't do enough for me! I would defo buy from them again! Dress is stunning on!

Ordered stuff off this site twice, both times I had to threaten to report them for their illegal laws on refunds & returns.

My daughter ordered this on 1st June with assurances it would be here within a time frame. The time went by and then she was told it was on it's way and it would be here 2 days before she needed it. It eventually turned up a week after that. The dress was appalling, cheap and nasty and nothing like the image shown. No response to messages and no way to return the dress. Say goodbye to your money. This is not a legitimate company, they are basically just thieves.

I ordered a 60 pound dress that looked beautiful on the site but when I opened it I was fuming! The dress was nothing like the picture the matrial was horrendous for such an expensive dress, so I sent it back and tracked my order they recieved it within 2 days and didn't respond when I did get hold of them they denied receiving the dress and told me I could have a credit note as soon as! Also they would not speak on the phone only be email which they would respond within 48 hours! I finally recieved my refund after 2 months. I advise no one so buy from this scum website.

Its been two months now since i ordered from them. Iv emailed them about this as it says delivery would only take up to 7 working days. Got no reply. Messaged them on facebook, we have been messaging back and forth since February and still havent got a straight answer from them on why its taking so long and they wont tell me if its even been shipped or not. You have to message them a few times to get an answer off them and im expecting the quality to be very poor as its obvious they get there stock from cheap websites like aliexpress. I would recommend just going on aliexpress as itll take the same amout of time for much much cheaper!

After paying £10 to have it delivered, I received the dress and it looked nothing like the colour on the website.

It took over 28 days and two emails to get a refund! Absolute joke.

I ordered my prom dress from Beckys boutique yesterday, as I was absolutely smitten by the design and fell in love straight away! As I paid, it went through with the bank details and authorised with my bank straight away. Although after authorising, it went straight to the home screen of the website, not telling me anything; delivery date, proof of purchase etc. I've had no sort of email to confirm the order as it says, but the £59.70 has been taken out of my bank account. I'm getting very worried as this is very strange and reading through the comments this don't seem a very legit website. What should i do?

The dress I ordered was horrible. Wrong neckline. Bone in bra stabs me in the chest. Bra smashed in because it came in a bag rolled up and will not conform back. Horrible material and the color is no where near what they advertise. Arms to tight. I wear a size 8-10 but I asked them to send me a 12 in case I needed it tailored for my sons wedding. As you can see its tight in some places and bigger in others. It would cost more than the dress to fix this mess and have relayed this information to them. I have attached the photo from their site and what they sent. I also sent this to them and they told me it fits like a glove. Really!

I finally filed several complaints with international fraud and called my bank, wrote a complaint on every site I could find and called the FBI. Told Beckydress what I did and had my money back, minus the $50 it cost to send it back. They are horrible people. There company has lost their license and are currently being investigated for fraud and stealing designs. It's a big risk ordering from them and I would advise against it. They are not legit.

Ordered a dress from them about a month ago and paid for delivery which gauraunteed delivery within a week! Haven't even received the dress yet and paid £60 plus postage! Worst shopping experience I wouldn't even bother! I tried emailing them twice and haven't even received a response, therefore I am refusing to pay a feel assured that I haven't even been sent a dress.

The dresses looked amazing online, great prices and handmade?! What is that saying, "If it looks to good to be true." Well there you go. DO NOT buy from here. Just received my daughters dress. Almost $200 with shipping, from China. Received the dress folded up in a small bag, not box. The beading on it was falling off, the ones left were uneven and the thread showed through on each one. I will be surprised if I get a reply back much less my refund.

Please do not order from this company. I ordered a dress for my daughter. It arrived and the beading detail was completely different than pictured, the dress did not fit even though I used the measurement guide they gave to a tee and it was MUCH longer than pictured. All in all unacceptable. I have emailed, documented with photos and gone back and forth with them multiple times. Their fix? Get a tailor and steam it? Are you kidding me? STOP and do not use this company you will be sorry!
