We received both the bed and platform within 5 days of order. The platform and headboard were very easy to assemble. I just have to mention, the packing of headboard and platform was excellent. I was concerned that the boards might get damaged in shipping because of the weight. Not even a scratch. Super comfortable and supportive. My wife and I haven't this good for months, if not years.

Bedinabox.com not only sells matresses, but they also sell bases to go with it! Moving into a new place, I needed the complete set up. I tried the mattress on an old base of mine, but it wasn't as comfortable. I decided to try their solid base and wow! What a difference! I sleep even better than before, so thank you BIAB!

Buying online can be risky, and often the terms are unclear. I bought my bed on bedinabox.com and was able to get it quickly. I was also relieved to know that they have a 10 and 20 year warranty to cover my mattress! That's not only longer than most leading brands, but the price of the bed was also way better than them too!

Not only did he listen to my needs but he was able to narrow the bed down to the one that fit me most. I only regret not getting it sooner!

This is a great company to buy from. I read their reviews on other sites, which were all positive, and I followed them on facebook for a couple day. Overall, their customers seemed very happy with their purchases. So I looked over their website and got help from their customer service department with a few questions and I ended up buying an 11 inch mattress. It arrived quicker than I ever imagined in a box through Fedex. Amazing that a queen mattress was shipped IN THE MAIL. It's ready to sleep on as soon as you finish getting all the plastic off it. Amazing comfort too! I can't believe anyone would spend the money on a tempurpedic or any other mattresses when this company is around. I recommend this bed to everyone!

I was incredibly impressed with not only the site's content, but the actual product. The website was simple and smartly-designed, the customer service was exceptional throughout the fulfillment process, and the mattress itself was everything the reviews [they even posted a link to a third-party review website right on their homepage!] boasted it would be: a top-quality, American-made memory foam mattress at the best price anywhere. Start to finish, this company blew every other online-shopping experience I've ever had away... would that they could all be this good!

BIAB offers 120 day trial period and I'm the type of person that takes longer to adjust to my new mattress. A lot of the other stores have good offers, but by the time I realize I don't like my mattress, it's almost too late. When I recieved mine, I felt more comfortable having more time to adjust to my bed but quickly found within the first week that I wasn't going to be returning this one.
