Excellent service from this company we ordered an end of line 4 piece conservatory set, this was delivered on the day we were told, unfortunately there was a damaged piece and no screws, we phone the customer service and they were fantastic and arranged for the damaged piece to be replaced and sent a full set of screws with no problem
Bought a Mattress from them and after returning it 3 times and tell them what I want, they still sent me a very poor quality Mattress. On the website it is mentioned that the mattress is 2000/3000 pockets but I doubt it. Although the outer material is good but inside just a normal spring mattress selling in the name of pocket spring. Although they have refunded me half the price I paid for but I still regret every time I sleep on the mattress!

I purchased a divan bed set with mattress and matching headboard from this company and had a really bad experience:
1/ I did not receive an order confirmation email and had to call them to ask that I be sent an email confirming the order and order details.
2/ I was sent an incorrect invoice and had to call them to request that I be sent an invoice for my purchase. I was told I would be sent one - only to receive another incorrect invoice - leading me to call again.
3/ Although they advertise next day delivery, at the checkout process I was not provided with delivery dates to select...only to receive an email advising I would receive the items 2 weeks after the purchase. I had to call them and advise I would have no choice but to cancel my order as I needed the items prior to a set date and had to argue my case...
4/ The delivery personnel who brought the items had not been advised these items were sold with free assembly...I had to call them whilst the gentlemen were there to clarify matters and advised the delivery personnel I would reject the order unless the items were installed. The delivery personnel advised me that this company had done this to them before and had not paid them for the installation service.
5/ The damask divan set is of cheap quality.
6/ They sent me the wrong mattress! I ordered a 10-inch 1550 pocket spring memory foam mattress and was sent an 8-spring mattress which is utterly useless and so uncomfortable you may as well sleep on the floor. It is a disgrace they would sell such a mattress.
I am angry and disappointed and would absolutely not recommend this company

Got our bed about three months back and the mattress feels like absolute rubbish, it's like we are sleeping on springs.
Following two 'faulty quality' mattresses (as declared by beds.co.uk), which were both collected by your delivery team, 'beds.co.uk' have now failed to meet two refund deadlines. This afternoon, four phone calls I made were ended/cut off, without any attempt to call me back, or contact me by email. I have sent numerous emails, all ignored. Let's see if 'Julie', on the 'resolutions' email address, posted in reply to various customer complaints on this site, yields any response- if it does, and my issues are resolved satisfactorily, I will be happy to come back on here and give positive feedback, and thereby giving others hope that they take complaints seriously, but let's see. If they do not contact me, or resolve this, I will also come back here and report back for all to see.
Also, within a couple of weeks, the base of the bed has now broken (very thin/weak materials). As the phone kept being cut off this morning, I have as yet been unable to report this, so I will keep trying, and also expect a full refund. I have no faith whatsoever in the quality of the products and even less in the customer service.
beds.co.uk have very astutely ensured that their web address comes up first on any internet search, thereby giving the impression of a reliable and popular supplier. From my own experience thus far, and reading the complaints from others, I would certainly not recommend them to others, and sincerely hope that I can at least get my money back, so that I can use it to purchase an appropriate bed from another supplier. I am now about to have a second spinal MRI this week, and the lengthy delays and substandard products are undoubtedly exacerbating my pre-existing and ongoing health injuries.
I bought a mattress off this site for it to be cheap crap and sleeping on springs kicking into my back. On top of that the charged me £70 at the door for delivery charge because I'm not in free postage area 😡 wouldn't even let my animal sleep on it

I ordered a anti bedbug memory foam double mattress and they delivered a stained mattress on 24th October that never expanded to full size so I had it sent back.
Today they collected it and delivered another mattress which was completely wrong. It was a cheap foam mattress king-size. I can't use it and it's taking up too much space.
I am so unhappy with two wrong items I want a refund and the company won't respond to me.
They ask you to write a good review before you have received the item and then they will waver the delivery fee. I asked for a refund and they refused to send me any confirmation of booking, give any of their names and they stole my money

The bed is fine but the edges of the wood is very sharp and uncomfortable to step on and hold. I ordered the memory foam/spring mattresses. It was only £100 to add this option however I wish I hadn't. It was the biggest load of rubbish ever. I did consider returning but it would have cost £50 to send it back, I also considered donating to charity but then thought that I wouldn't want to subject anyone to sleep on that. In the end I threw it in the skip.

Bought king size bed with drawers, the quality of the material is very bed, beds drawers are not strong at all, head board is flimsy and make noise when try to sleep on the bed, I called them few times to return but they are keep disconnecting the phone. In the attached picture from the web bed looks nice but not strong at at all
I am not recommending any one to buy this bed with drawers

I purchased a double bed with memory foam mattress. The delivery was quick & efficient. Though we did had problems fixing the base together, but after 1 phone call an email was sent & sorted. It would have been helpful if the instructions were sent with the bed. Felt it was good value for the money I had spent
I have had 2 beds now, both damaged no one now answering calls or emails would definitely not recommend.

I ordered my Mattress in June this year! (2020) now it is September 10th 2020. Still no mattress. 7 deliver dates missed. So NOT happy. Have now asked for a full refund. Which includes Extra postage as we were JUST outside the delivery area. Watch this space to see if we get our full refund! (added note: On 20th September I did get a full refund with in the time they said I would get it) But I will not use them again.

To give you a flavour of the experience…
I ordered a bed for next day delivery from their website.
The next day I got a confirmation email that the bed would arrive well over a week later.
I was instructed to answer this email if I needed to add any information.
So I answered it with 'please cancel this order as I would need to buy a bed today.'
6 or 7 emails between me and their "customer service" team member. Them; offering a sooner date.
Me; No thank you, cancel the order please.
Them; we will give you a discount.
Me; No! PLEASE CANCEL ORDER, I have bought a different bed now, as my wife is out of hospital today and needed a bed today! Just please cancel the order.
Them; so I will give you £20 discount and the bed will arrive on the 26th.
Me; what part do you not understand. CANCEL ORDER!
They ignored all my requests and today I got a phone call from the delivery company with a time slot for tomorrow and a phone call from the after sales team!
I have a poorly wife and new born baby and Beds.co.uk have stressed me out with their inability to understand plain English. They BEHAVE LIKE SCAMMERS!
Not only would I NOT recommend this company, I would actively encourage people to use a different company when finding a bed. Go local!
Worst company ever dealt with in any capacity. Damaging products awful service and unresponsive. They still owe me money and bed and i do not know when either will work out. One that did arrive, quality was shocking DO NOT TRUST

Have read some previous poor reviews and was worried. But... ordered last Sunday and told next day for bed but 7-10 for mattress, I opted to wait and have both together. This morning (6days later) both were delivered (after receiving text and E-mail day before).
Absolute quality at a great price, I was expecting cheap and nasty but got cheap and quality. Easy assembly and looking forward to testing it out tonight.
