Awesome experience
Good prices and easy lens selection, but the website UX and content/data need some work. There are many, many missing photos of models, and for some brands I should be able to pick the lens shape (specifically Silhouette Brand) and there is no such option. It is also missing a "try it on option". The data regarding the eyeglasses are also often missing or wrong, including the material and the frame shape. There really needs to be much more QA on the data.

Awful, awful customer service. I've ordered from them before with no problems, but they have absolutely plummeted in their customer service. I've called them during their limited business hours, and no one ever picked up the phone. I've e-mailed them directly and filled out their form on their website, but no one ever responded to me. The prices are decent, and their selection is good, but in these times of such great competition in the market, I would think they would put in some effort in customer service. I would rather pay more at a brick and mortar store than deal with such atrocious customer service. They definitely lost me as a customer.
