Great job, received just as advertised. Fit perfect to replace the old lift. More than enough power to lift a 3000 lb. bass boat.

Website is bad. Had to go to customer service twice by message to find items that should have been readily 'findable'. MENU should be visible on home screen, obviously; would be much more helpful than the cute moving screen items your web designer sold you!

Easy to find. Ordered the same product two years ago for another boat cradle and have been pleased so far. Only issue is in two years the product has almost doubled in price. Paid $152 in 2018 and now paying $279. Seems overpriced for what you get. If I didn't already have experience with the product I would likely look for a better deal elsewhere.

I have shopped here for all of my boatlift supplies for almost two decades now, first through a subcontractor, and after - directly. Have no plans for going anywhere else. Without a single problem on any component ordered, and we have ordered over $100,000 worth over the decades, that is a pretty darn fine record of quality. So why would I ever go anywhere else? !!!

Unprofessional company. Find another one. They don't provide an estimate of shipping. They give you the price of the article. They ask you data for payment. Boom they add a high shipping cost! Don't purchase here

I purchased a 10,000# lift with BH-USA and this is my second order of additional items from them, so far everything has been great in dealing with them as I did need some help installing my remote controll system and they were very helpfull. I even used their products in my last home in Texas

I've had the worst customer service experience. The rep was rude/unprofessional/argumentative--even with my credit union rep on the call, too. "It takes one to know one," she said to me at one point. She threatened legal recourse. No sense of CS. I will share broadly. Do not buy from this company.

You have a great selection, however to find compatible products on your website is very difficult and frustrating. Why wouldn't you have ss nuts and washers listed together? The pulleys I purchased were listed as shelves, people NOT in the trade know them as pulleys

Really like how product went on and covered. We cleaned with bleach first, waited a week and applied stain. Looks great. Really like color.

One issue was the cans were all bent up and it amazing they were not leaking. This isn't a reflection on product, but on how shipper handled it. Not sure I would order 5 gallon can next time.

Easy to find what I was looking for and an excellent description of the product was provided. The site also brought up some other items that went with the product I added to the cart so didn't have to do a search for them.

I make a mistake ordering this belt's believing.all old flat plate gears used this size and my pulley is 10 inches. I am going to order two A X 34 and a hope you people let me do the return of the two AX 35 I already received

I purchased what I thought was a set of bumper guide posts and received only 1. I paid over $90 for 1 guide post mount. I could have gotten 4 for $100 from my local hardware store. Very unsatisfied
