“Best Luggage Ever!”

I'll start with the fact that the bright colors that I ordered make it really easy to find them when I am traveling, I have 6 of them. Two large, one red and one magenta, two of the 22 inch in the same colors, and two of the small cosmetic type bag. I love everything about these bags. I use packing cubes, which makes things very easy to find when I'm unpacking, and even when I think the bag is full, it expands so that I can stuff more things into it! The spinning wheels glide easily wherever I go, and the fact that I can fit 6 suitcases on a small shelf in my linen closet makes them even more appealing in my eyes! I also love the fact that they are very lightweight and don't add to my mountains of stuff when I'm traveling! The only complaint that I could ever have is that I wish they would bring back lots of the hot pink!

I will be contacting them according to warranty as it hasn't been 5 years. I got a replacement once right away when it ripped inside, so not sure what they will do. But they are a one time use per bag. For the cost it's horrible. As you can see first time I used this one. I just had taken off the tags.

Tip for consumers:
I did ask for a refund but was denied. I let them know none of the bags live up to the hype. My other bags are useless I was told I didn’t pack them correctly. I have the packing cubes. Unless you want to carry your luggage don’t buy any of them. I will say I like their packing cubes and back pack for space and being light weight the rest of the products just throw your money in the trash.

I HIGHLY recommend you pack it immediately upon receipt & take it for a test drive so you can see how unstable & uncomfortable it is to pull with it constantly tipping over! UGH! Don't throw out packaging until you try it out or you'll be stuck with crappy luggage you'll never use like me!

Was disappointed in my purchase and said so in a review to the Biaggi website. Guess I should not be suprised the review was removed given the fact there are no negative reviews. Decent idea, but the reality doesn't work. The bag is difficult to roll, too short to comfortably pull and the wheels just make the bag awkward to slide over a trolley handle.Would be a better bag without the useless, thus extra weight, wheels.

When unpacking the luggage the bottom part where the wheels are do not fit or zip. Trying to return it, but so far no response from customer service.

This bag is a great idea in terms of ease of storage when not in use and it has a generous interior. However, in practical terms, it did not serve us well for air and rail travel. It fell over so many times. Even after we re-packed it to ensure heavier items (shoes) were at the bottom, it was difficult to keep the bag upright. Also, when fully packed (40 lbs according to the airline's scale), it had to be LIFTED in order to pull it. Otherwise, the weight on the wheels was too much. My husband tried tilting the bag to pull it on 2 wheels, but the bottom started to tear. I regret this purchase and cannot recommend this item. Lastly, I posted a 1-star review on the Biaggi website but it is not visible. Only 5 star reviews are visible for this bag. That seems shady to me. I emailed Biaggi's customer service 3 weeks ago about my missing review, and I have not received a response.

I love the storage aspect of this bag. I love the packing cubes. The suitcase does hold a lot of stuff, and the different zippers to access your items are helpful. It is lightweight. It can attach to another bag.
I hate the way it rolls. You cannot tip it on 2 wheels, which causes your arm to be at a strange angle that can be uncomfortable after awhile. You have to be pulling it just right or it will tip over, no matter how well you try to plan your packing. So that is very frustrating. Verdict: if you don't have to pull it too far, its ok. If you are using as a carry on and it will be with you for hours, prepare to be frustrated.

We purchased a red and a blue 31" suitcase to take on an overseas trip to Israel and Ethiopia February 2020. We found the bags difficult to pack, even using the side straps to hold the items in. The bags bulged and did not sit level. They are difficult to pull along as there is no rigid handle and don't travel well on carpet. Because they are canvas, they got wet when being transferred by baggage handlers and a coat inside was damp when we opened the case. On our tour the bus driver found the bags difficult to stack/pack in the luggage compartment. I found them difficult to manoever generally and would not use them again. They kept sliding off the luggage cart

I purchased the wheeled(?) carryon. Can't zip the bottom where wheels are. Customer service hasn't responded to 4 emails or a VM, re a return.
Disappointing, as it looked like bag would work well for me
I advise against purchasing from Biaggi.

Purchased this on sale during Black Friday week. Didn't have a trip planned until after Christmas when we took it to to see family in another state & then flew to the Dominican Republic for a week. Gone from 12/28 - 1/12/23. When we returned I reached out to tell them that it wouldn't roll correctly and was very hard on the arm to pull. They immediately wrote back to tell me that I didn't know how to pack well & that I was outside the 45 day return window. #1-How does one know if a piece of luggage works until you use it on a trip - this is insane! #2-I have flown over 2 million miles for business & am a master at using packing cubes. It was not me...it's the bag!
Save your money & don't buy from a company that operates like this!

I did NOT have good results. The stuff I packed that wasn't wrapped in garbage bags got wet in the rain at the airport transfer. The large bag was hard to roll and fill. I used the packing cubes which I liked, but if you fill those to the top of the large bag, I guarantee you will be over the airline weight limit. I had to pack things that could break or get damaged at the airport (like hair dryer and liquids) in cardboard boxes just to keep them from getting damaged. The company does not allow for returns or exchanges if you've used the bag. I never would have used it had I known it was like this. I regret my purchase.

I bought the under seat version and it packed nice, rolling was horrible. Soooo I bought the zip sack with trolley and again packed nice using the zip cubes with both luggage. What a time trying to pull this thing through the airport. Don't waste your money. Won't roll on two wheels hits the back of your feet, trying to drag it on all four wheels it definitely no better. My hand and arm were sore, trying to go through the airport in Atlanta was horrible, if you have ever been there than you know how huge it is! Wish I could return it terrible.

Very disappointed. Ordered 3 different sizes for my vacation. They arrived just in time only to make my travel MORE difficult. I packed them according the instructions/video with the packing cubes. The would not stay upright and I basically had to carry the bags because they either wouldn't roll or they would roll all over the place. I contacted customer service about returning them. Received a generic, copy & paste response about no returns unless they are unused. Think twice about these bags.

Very dissatisfied with customer service
I bought the liftaway and loved it but after the first use wanted to extend suitcase to check luggage and the zipper was broken they kindly sent me a replacement but it is such poor quality can't even use wheels don't work and the handle is very wobbly and I asked if they had changed manufacturers because the quality was poor and I was told they had and because I had already received a replacement I was out of luck stuck with a suitcase that is useable would definitely not recommend

Worst carry-on bag on wheels I have ever used - not able to return after evaluation - don't purchase
I purchased 2 of the zipsak boost max! Carry-on luggage that expands to large check-in bag. We bought 2 of these bags for our trip to Aruba, which we returned from yesterday 5/9/2022. These carry on bags were extremely difficult to pull within the airports with the built in wheels and are totally unsatisfactory for our liking. We requested a full refund, however was denied because the items were used. It is very difficult to determine whether carry -on luggage works well without trying it so buyer please be ware that once you try it you own it. The bags are very difficult to drag through an airport with a shoulder stra or the built in small carry strap. Pleas don't get screwed like us and look for a carry-on with a proper pulling handle. Will never purchase from Biaggi again!

I purchased the Zipsack Boost Max and the travel cubes. Seems like a great idea but the design is horrible. It will not stand up and is constantly falling over. It is so frustrating. Even with the travel cubes it makes no difference. I carried it once and never again. It was a total waste of money. Sure wish I could get my money back.

I received this bag as a gift from my mother. I'm an avid traveler, so she thought I could use a new suitcase. I thought the idea of something that could grow depending on the trip sounded like a great idea and especially loved the idea of how compact it could be when not in use. However, I think I would only use this bag to store things in my attic and never to travel. It is literally a bag on wheels. I could practically get a small dolly, put a duffle bag on top and have the same thing. Once you put any amount of clothing in it, the bag kind of topples over when you're trying to roll it. It's very flimsy and not something I would use on a trip. I might use it to store some things in my trunk. It also doesn't unzip all the way to easily access your clothes. So you're digging down into the bag to access your belongings, kind of like a huge backpack. It's just not great. I feel bad that my mom bought it for me and asked her if she might be able to return it. I believe she paid around $100 for it on sale. It's probably worth $40-$50 tops. Please avoid purchasing this and just use a duffle bag instead.

I purchased the Biaggi zip sack directly from Biaggi in December 2022. I 1st used it the 1st week of February 2023. The zipsack space looked great and then I found out the handle does not go up high enough to pull it comfortably and the bag scrapes along as you pull it. The wheels are not high enough to get it off the ground. I looked it up on Amazon and found that they have now changed those wheels. I contacted Biaggi and their answer was they would do nothing for me as they have a 45 day return policy. Yes, it was over 45 days, but obviously they had sent me one of the old design that they knew was defective.
I would never do business with a company like this that does not support their product. I highly recommend staying away from their products.

I had great hopes for this bag but it does not do well in airports. It turns over and flies off in all directions. Even my husband said get rid of this. Great concept but does not work well. And if you pack it to it's full mark, it really doesn't roll or stay upright through the airport.
Don't by this.

I ordered my shopping bags on the textdeals.Com. I had not heard of the company before but since you have to have a bag when you shop I took the half off deal and I am glad I did. They had travel bags that fold flat and fit under plane seat as well as back packs. I bought the 2 shopper bags that fold up and zip into a small envelope size. They fit in purse,, very light weight and a material that doesn't tear easily and you unzip when you need it. I bought olive green with logo but they had a few colors to choose from.

Purchased the expandable carry on and packing was great but once it is full and you try to move it the handle gives a lot. I figure I probably have a couple more uses and it will break completely. Wish I had used it immediately after purchase but ordered it well before our trip and now it is to late. They need to do something to make the handle work with less give. Others complained about the handle breaking but I just thought maybe it was improper handling.
