I am very disappointed in the way that this company uses their subscription emails. It is spam and in many cases political. Not every Christian is a conservative, and in my opinion we shouldn't identify with a political party — the only identity that we should strive to serve is in God. But they send emails regarding political issues and ask us to take action. This is not what I signed up for. A Biblical company should never address politics in this manner. We should be seeking to love everyone and diffuse tension, not pointing the finger at someone who does not have fault in the situation just because they are apart of your opposing political party. I will be unsubscribing and I encourage others to do the same.

YOu can't unsubscribe, they will spam your email & your phone multiple times per days,
Pop ups, spam, all kinds of sales pitches; the "support" page goes to "sorry page does not exist" and any unsub request is ignored.

These guys are scammers.

This site uses frequent phising tactics that seem to target older, gullible people. These types of "ADS" come up as "Do and so sent you $ via paypal" and "Claim your free $500" dollar gift card.

I used to use this website faithfully in my Bible studies, then one day I noticed I couldn't access my content. I was so confused. After some resserch, I discovered that BST created the plus subscription and that people needed to now be a plus member to anything. Needless to say, I was ticked. I have saved bookmarks from the past that I was still working on. Someone who was just as mad as I was told me that I could sign up for plus to access my content but not to add a payment method. Okay, good... so I thought

Fast forward to now. I have been trying to pick up on my Bible reading and it helps to keep track of my progress. So when I was in the middle of a reading plan and couldn't bookmark I thought it was odd. It was frustrating and strange. I was signed in and used to do it ALL the time so I knew how to it.

I wrote the company. No response.

This morning I did a search in my email again to see if they wrote back but I was meet with messages like this:

"Your subscription to BibleStudyTools PLUS has failed to renew. Please check that your payment method is still valid by visiting My Account.
If you have any questions or encounter any problems, please contact us at *******@biblestudytools.com."

Seriously?

I'm done with them. They are simply taking advantage of the Word of God.

If someone has a better platform for me to do my reading plans and keep track of them online, please let me know.

Beware - there are lots of ads and trackers on this site! Seems like they're more interested in making money than spreading the Word! :(

I used to love this site for my reading plan. But now they want me to pay for this and now My email has all kind of political crap from the site... Should left I alone not worth the money should've left it free of cost free of politics.

This site was helpful to a newby like me. I liked the readings and appreciated the all around effort to have many different views and ideas presented. My mind is small in the area of Christianity and I like how it applied everyday situations and people and introduced a way to show that they all have a question or issue on Christ in some way no matter who or where they are coming from

I have used this site nearly daily for years, since the first day I found it. There are 'lots' of different bible versions available. I use the NASB with 'Strongs' when I want to know the original language references. I use the Matthew Henry (& others) commentary. I use it to copy/paste sections of scripture to print and study and mark up so I don't write unnecessary comments in my bible.
There are blogs and links galore for everyone, from the newest of believers to the most mature, and even unbelievers can do research to "help their unbelief" ;) It's a MUST-HAVE in my opinion.
