Since my sister lives in Arlington TX and I live in NJ, I selected Bice Florist for a special birthday gift. I like working directly with a local florist rather than a wire service. As retired florists, my husband and I were very pleased with the flowers my sister received. She sent us a picture and they were very close to the photo on the website. The flowers and greens looked really fresh. I added a small box of chocolates which made the gift a little "sweeter".

The flowers were more expensive than I wanted to pay, however I ordered them on a Sunday night and they were delivered by 2 pm the next day! The flowers are absolutely gorgeous, so definitely worth what I paid, and my 99 year old Grandmother said they were the most beautiful flowers she has ever received. Hector delivered the flowers to her door in her retirement village and texted me with a picture. He was a gem.

I ordered flower to be delivered to my daughter in law for her Anniversary. They delivered the cheapest looking poinsettia I have ever seen. I could have done better going to Walmart.
I have pictures. 114.00 for a horrible looking plant. I looked at Walmart and could have gotten a beautiful one for 20.00. Please do not use this florist. I had to use them because I live out of town. I have cried and cried and so embarrassed. Invoice #*******: reference number *******

I really love working with Bice's Florist. Always so many wonderful selections and so easy to order online. Whether sending gifts for funerals, birthdays, or special thank-you gifts, there always seems to be the exact item I would want to send. Thank you for all you do in happy times and sad times. And we've always gotten so many compliments on the flowers we've sent.

This team made shopping from over 1000 miles away so Easy! I ordered mid December and was the n a huge rush. THEY knew where to take the arrangements, since I apparently have no concept that a delivery driver must need some sort of room, tower #, and the patients FIRST name, not his middle name, at the hospital for the arrangements to be delivered to the correct patient. They didn't bat a lash at my needing brain bandaids that day! Just fixed the problem, not even knowing I was in another state. They were very kind about it. The arrangements were exactly what I ordered. Full and beautiful and are still bringing joy to the hospital room. So very helpfully and just laughed with me about my errors. I 100% will use them again. In fact, calling them today to beg for help with an impromptu hospital wedding for the very same patient!

Great local service! Easy and beautiful flowers. Not only that they didn't have the exact vase that I had ordered so she called to discuss options. A lot of times when you order online they don't look the way they are supposed and filled with "cheap floral fillers" .. not these! I would definitely recommend and order again.

Shopping experience is good. But my flowers from a family member that we got from you on Xmas Eve died after 4 days...

Thank you for taking care of this so fast. The only thing that I thought was a bit expensive was the delivery fee. Grandson still enjoyed the great variety of snacks.

I had a promo code of $10 off. It had no expiration date but not let me use it. I only order once a year so it had not been used as stated. Very disappointed.

Website was easy to use. Flowers were beautiful. The best floor arrangement I have purchased in a long time.

I am really disappointed that both Valentine's Day and the the day before were blacked out for delivery.

Bice always has done beautiful arrangements every single time we've ordered from them. It's so nice knowing that when you place an order, it will be something that brings happiness to those receiving it. (That was not always the case with other florists we've used). Now we receive text photos from the recepients showing us their lovely arrangements and all are extremely happy. It brings joy and we thank Bice for what they do:)

Everything is good so far. I've had issues before though with BICES where my order is missed and not delivered or delivered late. Hopefully, this one will go well.
