I love no more rack and despite all the comments that I've been reading, gave bid rack a shot just recently. Won 4 items so far a few weeks ago and already received three of them this week. I can see that people have had problems in the past with them, but for me I have not encountered any yet. Maybe their new supplier is the reason? Dunno, but I'm happy so far.

I signed up, like everyone else it seems, for a "free account" that turned out to be $99.00. I wrote to support to demand a refund, and am currently waiting on their response. Hopefully the card will get declined anyhow, since they don't have my correct billing name. (thought it was shipping info- entered my new married name that is not official yet, but I use it as my shipping name- not my 'maiden', which is what is on the card) I'm hoping that ends this problem before it starts. We shall see.

The ad offers a new Kindle for $21.95, but the link takes you to a bid option site. Registering with credit card info charges you $99 for registering which you only find out on your next credit card statement. Apparently they get away with this because the terms and conditions must somewhere state that you will be charged for registering, but you have to do a lot of reading to find this out. IT IS A SCAM.

I wanted to find out how the site worked and since it was free to register I did.
I was immediately charged 99.00. They sent me an email a couple of days later and said I had purchased 175 bid vouchers. I have tried for 4 days calling at all different times and can't get anyone to answer the phone lines. Also have sent 6 emails in the last 4 days and just get a support number that says someone will be in touch soon. Trying to get the bank to help me get my money back, but not sure they can. Boy what a scam!

ThIere is no way to back out of the registration process, once you finish thier so called step one, your credit card is automatically charged $99.00. When I phoned customer service to question why was I billed, they behaved more like bill collectors and talked to me pretty ugly. Thier only purpose is to let you know about the "no refund policy". Please, please save your money, this is a scam!

The site is made to look like ebay and even has a secure URL address. One would think they would be above board. Most sites that are operated by criminals are not encrypted and registered as secure. Apparently this site has some fine print somewhere that states they will charge you to bid. I did not see anything, got no invoice, no confirmation that I would be charged in advance to place bids at an auction, nothing. Request for federal criminal investigation has been filed.

Total scam do not register no matter what they charge you 99.00 with out telling you. Next thing you know your account has been drained 99.00. The web site itself is crap and a big waste of time. Wish i had google them, there's all kind of complaints about this company.

I registered for free as advertised and was charged $99 at 3:30 a.m., when I was asleep. When I complained about it, they said there must have been a misunderstanding and they had a no refund policy. This site is a rip off offering for the most part circus items with a few expensive items. If you have a lot of time to waste, and want your money taken, use this site.

These people are not honest. I read through all of the info regarding the rules to this site and signed up. Nowhere did I see that my credit card would be charged for anything other than something I authorized. I just received my credit card bill and they charged $99.00 to my card. I did not purchase anything nor did I authorize anything. I will go to my CC company and have the charge reversed. HOWEVER. As stated: these people are NOT HONEST. You need to have a minus rating, because one star is not low enough for these people.

I had the same bad experience as others note. A charge to my card of $75. I also closed out my account almost immediately after opening it. Bidrack tells me that somewhere in their website they told me 3 times no less to expect such a charge. It is a scam and I wish I could find the web info that told me initially about such a "positive" experience the writer had with Bidrack--well, that was probably written by Bidrack! How dumb can I be? I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and did email the DE Attorney General. Can I do more?

Looks like I can be added to the list of the scammed. Just got my refund request denial email. Just like everyone else I see on here, I registered for what I thought was a free auction site and got charged right away for $99. I just went in and deleted all my information, hoping that will cap my lesson at $99. Has anyone heard of anyone getting a full refund, from what they termed, a "misunderstanding"?

I thought I was only signing up to use the site. I did not know that they were automatically charging my credit card $99. I realized my mistake within 5 minutes and emailed for a refund. They refused! All they offered was to give me more bids. Even when I explained that I did not want to bid, they still refused a refund. This site is the biggest rip-off!

1. The bid packages are bogus. You can buy them for pennies during the auction. I bought a package without knowing it, the disclosure was pink writing on red background and very small. I thought I was setting up the equivalent of a paypal account. There are no refunds.

2. The merchandise is junk. I can not see any pictures of items on the website anymore and no one in their customer service department will help me. When I complain, they comp me more bids. Adding insult to injury! I paid for 200 and I've gotten like 300 for free. Thanks for nothing, bidrack.

Stay away from this site!

Rip off! You will never win a bid and they do not refund any money. I decided to try to bid since I would not receive anything back ($$). I saw some people win bids, I stayed up all night trying to win one myself but no luck and luck is what it is all about. I will take the money to the casino next time. At least there you know what is happening. Of course, I really blame myself for falling for the "something for nothing" scam. It is one of the oldest in the book. My advice - stay away!

This is a rip off site. They mark their site so when you inquire youve checked the 100.00 package and they debit you account and will not refund your money. Their gurantee on the site says"... if you do not win well will refund your bids untill you do. Each one of these "bids" is charged at $. 50 each. They charged me $100.00 to bid on a product, did not win, refused to stand by their 'gurantee", $100.00 down the drain. This is bad, bad, bad... stay away.

This website is a joke. They take away your bids whenever they feel the need. No one has recieved anything they won, other than cheap junk wins. I have spoken to customer service more than once. Nice people- but, they just tell you what you want to hear. Nothing has ever been done about the issues I reported. I have given them the benefit of the doubt so many times. I have won 12 auctions since they started and have yet to receive anything. Tonight they decided they can take away your bids whenever they want, without any notice. I am so done with them. What a scam!

OK people, it's 2011... if something seems too good to be true. DUH. It's probably not true. Yeah one person may win a bid, but there may be thousands of others bidding on the same thing. Think about it. They buy an item for 200.00 and you have several thousand people bidding on it. But it's only 25 cents to bid, or 10 cents or whatever. Yeah one person may win an item for cheap, but they make a couple thousand on a 200.00 item..

I signed on to the website to see what it was about as it bragged all of these low prices and how it was better than ebay. Next thing I know I am getting a charge for $99.00. There is nothing anywhere when you "register" that says you buying anything at that time, but beware, you are. My card # couldn't have been on there for any more than a minute, and they still hit me with the above charge. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SITE OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED!

Ditto, Same poop, I wanted to register for free (supposedly STEP #1), not realizing that step 1 & 2 were combined on the next page (so when you register you buy bid packs at the same time.) A total slight of hand site.

I was on my facebook and bidrack appears with stories of $23 designer handbags and IPads etc. for nothing. It's a penny auction. After you register you get 2 free spins on a wheel. This gives you auction bids necessary to bid on products. You must also give a some form of payment info in case you win. After 2 spins I found out that I had purchsed $99 worth of bids. They have a no refund policy and my CC company Chase won't do anything. I am one of many who have fallen prey to this scam. Do not use this website and no not trust anything you see on facebook.

They are fraudulent company. I went to their web site and registered. In their home page they do not let you know that after you registered they automatically charged you $99.00 I have the hardest time to make contact with them by phone and/or e-mail. Finally when I was able to talk to one of their customer service rep she was very rude (sharon) and she lotd me that they will not refund any money. I request to talk to a manager but she stated that they will call me back. Definitely they are crooks. I do not recommend this web site to any one. One more thing they have clients comments but they will review and decide if your comments are going to be posted by them.

I have purchased bids on Bidrack and won several items: a ring and several gift cards for Target, Best Buy, Applebees. After I won, I paid for these items and have never received anything.

When I call their customer service number, I am on hold forever and never get to a rep. Last time I called I hung up after 30 minutes. However, when I emailed them, I did get a response.

Their reply was that their previous supplier did not send them the gift cards and that they would credit my account with bids equal to the amount I paid for them items. I told them that this was unacceptable as they currently had the same gift cards on current auctions and that I did not want anymore "bids" credited to me, I wanted the items I won and purchased. I held up my end of the deal why can they not do the same. Pretty much got no where with them and still no items sent to me.

A couple months later I received the following email:

Dear Valued Customer,
We hope you have enjoyed your bidding experience at Bidrack! As a valued customer, we want to hear from you. Tell us what you won at Bidrack, how much you won it for, share your experience with us by sending us your testimonial.

Bidrack - The fun way to save!

I could not wait to reply with my testimonial and all the problems I have had. Again, got the standard customer service about how they have already credited my account with bids would would give me more. I again repeated that I did not want any bids, I wanted my merchandise and that I would never deal with them ever again.

Here is the last response I had from them:

A customer support staff member has replied to your support request, #******* with the following response:
Dear Valued Customer,
We are very sorry for your disappointment with our site. For the orders you are referring to, we had prepaid a distributor for these items. When it came time to deliver, they failed us. We are very upset about this as well. This company still has the capital that we paid them for these orders and are currently in breech of contract. This is why we had offered the bids in lieu of these items. I can assure you, we are not a scam.
We now have a new and VERY reliable distributor. With the new company, we have been able to ship all new orders within 72 hours. Most items arrive to the customer within 5-10 days.
Again, we are very sorry about the rough start we had and the impact it has had on our customers. This was not the intent when we launched the site.
This weekend, we have had some technical difficulties with the site, this could be the reason you were unable to load the page. We are very sorry for this and for the inconvenience, I have added an additional 25 bonus bids to your account.
Once again, we do apologize for this inconvenience. We greatly appreciate your understanding on this matter and hope that you remain one of our valued customers.
Always here to help!
Best Regards,
Vanessa

Guess what, again, never received any items. Thanks for assuring me that you are not a scam. AVOID this auction site as all costs. They take your money and never send you the items. Check out BEEZID instead. I have never had an issue with them. Always get my merchandise.

I have browsed through this site a few times. It looks very interesting. I have not yet used it. I will have to spend a little more time to understand as to how the process, i. E., the bidding works on their site. One of these days I will try it out. The website, though, looks professionally done, and looks very interesting.

Careful people this is a DANGEROUS site. Luckily I found this site prior to doing anything. I was lured to it via craigslist. They have people posting very well priced items on craigslist. When you contact them they say they've sold it and suggest that you visit bidrack.com as that's where they bought it.

Is a auction website that you have to pay for bids to bid. After spending $99 for the FREE trial I found out The 4 things besides biding on more bid (ridiculous) you can not win. The clock resets every 10 seconds so you have to keep bidding in. 1 cent incriments- you do the math.

Had a HORRIBLE experience with this site bidrack.com. And as I'm reading here others have also had similar experiences. Stupidly entered my credit card info on their site - because of the way they have the web site set up - in order to find out what they actually have to bid on, you enter your card info first. Well I didn't understand I was actually purchasing $99 worth of bids when I entered this information! When, on the next page it indicated I had purchased $99 of bids, and I realized what I had inadvertently done I was shocked. I would have never thrown that much money away for bids, and I tried to contact customer support (only email worked) to get a refund. Nothing doing! First they offered me more free bids, and when I indicated, no, I wanted a refund not more bids - there was nothing I wanted - they wrote back, too bad, I had clicked on their agreement which says "no refunds on unused bids!" There's nothing on the site I'm even remotely interested in bidding on. And my credit card company says they can't reject the charge because their terms of service agreement spell out no refunds! WOW. Awful. Also, 24/7 customer service # is an outright lie *******225). I called their number over a dozen times at various times of the day because their a British Columbia time zone. No answer ever. Either got hung up on, or got endless music on hold. After numerous email complaints a "customer service representative" called me yesterday and said they would refund $39. Given the way they've operated so far, I'm not holding my breath. Am I supposed to be grateful for such scamming? Admittedly, being the victim of such an experience makes one feel awful, like the world's biggest idiot, sucker. Any further ideas/suggestions how to fight this gratefully accepted. At least others should be warned of the snake pit their stepping into. There's got to be a constructive way to get them and others like them regulated and prevent these people from robbing/scamming people!
