After my original purchase I was happy but after receiving the bike and accessories I am far but happy. After I made my purchase I realized that the 26-in bike that I ordered was only 19 in so I tried to cancel it they refused to even though they didn't ship it yet and now I know why they charge a 15% restocking fee plus make you pay for the shipping and they only give you in store credit do not order anything from this company they are full of s*** not to mention what they did send me was full of rust dents and just an inferior product

I've been running the bbr stage 4 80cc engine now for about almost 3 years! And I've only ever had to replace the clutch camshaft once and only replaced the spark plug once and one new chain an one sprocket ever the whole time that is great but recently my bike doesn't run right now because it has no spark so I bought a new stater magneto from you guys hopefully that fixes it. Other than that, I love the thing it ran great.

Been here for a bit some good some bad but it has always been resolved. But one
thing still gets me my bike was stolen. The cops couldn't help me because there are no serial numbers on the bike to track it down. It was found in a Pawn shop. Had to buy it back I had Prof of pictures and a bill of sales but no serial numbers to match it to it. But all in all I'm happy.
So far so good they've helped me out with every problem I've had so far I'm about to call him about another one we'll see LOL but for real. The Heavy Duty 4 stroke motor mount with the cast iron inserts I can't tighten up the motor while the amount is on so how do I know if it's lined up with the sprocket I have to tighten them bolts up first and just guess

I recently purchased a bike kit from BikeBerry and I'm so pleased with the results! The kit was easy to assemble and the instructions were very clear. The bike runs great and I'm so happy with the quality of the parts. I would definitely recommend BikeBerry to anyone looking for a motorized bike kit!
Solid grips, but cords to reach to the cdi weren't long enough. Had to cut the old wires and solder them to the new wires to make them long enough. But the grips are way better than the stock ones.

We received our 24 inch boys bike today and put it together - to some extent. There were parts missing. I suspect it was due to the parts bag being open and the overall container having many gaps at top, sides and bottom. The bike will be fine once I visit the hardware store and buy some substitute nuts, spacers, washers and brackets for the reflectors. My issue was with a manual that didn't quite match up with the bike, an almost unreadable assembly manual and sloppy shipping integrity.
Bike berry is the best motorized bicycle company out there. The people who own bike berry are real bike builders and actually test the stuff they sell before it gets to the consumer. They know exactly what we want and how to get it to us. the people at bike berry are the best and will always get my business. I won't go anywhere else

I bought a men's Switz Cruz bike from this company. It came damaged, I sent pictures. There were several scratches and dents and the front rim needed to be replaced and the back spokes need to be adjusted. They offered a $10.00 store credit and finally said they would send a new rim. They expect me to do the repairs myself. Now I will have to pay for repairs. Thankfully, after much negotiations, the company has agreed to refund $50.00.
So far the parts that I have purchased fit well on the bicycle. Shipping cost is not excessive like other places. I am satisfied with Bikeberry.com and recommend it to anyone.

All products ordered where used on my bicycle and the fit was ok but not perfect. Chineese products come with problems that you have to solve . My engine broke a ring on first run. Had to replace Throttle control, Fork head set, chain tensioner, clucth/brake lever. Has taken me a while to get this CDH Power bicycle to work correctly without issues.
Thanks again for the better parts, and the shipping is good comes fast. Buy a whole bundle at once of parts good advice.

Freddy was obviously very knowledgable about the ins and outs of the bike and knew how to relate and understand what I was saying and also fix every problem thats come up. Bike isnt quite finished yet but Im sure support will be there to help with the last few steps too. Cant thank Freddy enough.
