Bitbetwin is nothing but a scam. It's all rigged up to pull you in, They control the games keeping you from getting to big of a win. I hit a jackpot and the game froze but not the entire screen just the slot and it didn't unfreeze it logged me back out and no money. No one tried to.help me customer service sucked. They are all covering for one another. It's a scam!

It's all a damn scam

I made a deposit on Juwa platform. After receiving an email saying my order is complete I went on to Juwa and my deposit wasn't put on. SO I chat with there robot and 5times they redirected me to a human. It's been well over 2 hours and still my deposit isn't on my platform. The service sucks because they still have told me why its not being deposited.

Every time I do multiple withdraws in a row the longer they take to send me my money they always have some lie why it takes so long. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Good luck trying to get your bonuses especially when talking to support members such as ALICIA and SEVY. Multiple time they have kept me on the chat for 3 4 5 even 6 hour just to get bonus, not to mention it took someone I referred over 10hrs just to sign up. Did not credit $170 dollars that was owed to me. My withdrawal request is still pending and its been 46 hours. Contacted customer support multiple times yesterday and today via email and Live chat. I was asked to complete identity verification and I submitted photos 5 times according to subsection, "Identity verification " listed on their website at:

My withdrawal request should have been approved and processed by now.
Last time I tried to withdrawal they said that I didn't have enough money to complete my request for $85 so I asked for $75 and they ended up paying me $77 and I lost the remainder of my account balance.
