I ordered some shades, and they did not work as expected, which i understand can happen from time to time. I was so impressed with the professionalism of blinds.com in handling this situation with me. They were quick to help, extremely responsive, clear and concise with their communication, and more than fair with their return policy. After talking with their customer service rep i turned to my wife and said: "I have never had such great customer service in my life. I will buy all my blinds from there in the future." Being a business owner i understand the difficulties in getting good employees, but blinds.com should give seminars on this. I am a lifetime customer for blinds.com now and would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. I told all my co-workers about them today. I can't wait to tell more people how great they treated me. I recently purchased privacy faux wood blinds from Blinds Chalet. After looking through their site I was able to chat with an agent named Hannah. She was very friendly and helped me with my measuring questions. I ordered four blinds and they came in about seven days. These blinds were very easy to install and they look great. I am really happy with how much light they keep out of my living room. Overall I would give Blinds Chalet five stars. Great customer service, product and price. I payed way less with them then I would have with Home Depot.
