I have ordered from Bloomex several times - to send to family for special occasions as well as for funerals. I am always happy with the quality of the flowers and materials. I am pleased with the pricing and options to add extras like cards and teddy bears. Same day delivery is fantastic as one living a busy lifestyle I frequently need to do things "last minute". Everyone who has received from me has always told me how pleasantly surprised they too have been with the quality and proper arrangement of floral displays. I will undoubtedly be a returning customer again in the future!
ALL I CAN TELL YOU IS THAT I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND VERY UPSET. LONG STEM PINK ROSES AND BALLOONS SENT TO MY DEAR FRIEND ON OCCASION OF HER 60-TH BIRTHDAY NEVER ARRIVED.THE ORDER WAS MADE ON DECEMBER 19-TH TO BE DELIVERED ON DECEMBER 24-TH. FOR THE LAST SEVERAL DAYS I TRIED TO REACH SOMEONE FROM YOUR COMPANY ON A PHONE WITHOUT SUCCESS. WHAT DO I DO NOW?! EK

The site was very easy to navigate, adjust the order and to go through the process without a glitch or any surprises.
We even called to ask a question and had immediate help and fully answered all of our questions.
Much easier and smoother than the other 3 sites we first tried.
Would recommend Bloomex to anyone
This company promises they can deliver, but they use a virtual phone number to appear as a local company. They don't deliver and still charge. Good luck getting ahold of anyone to complain. They won't answer the phone, nor call back. Check the BBB, they are listed as an F! Look on line for all the other complaints, I aint no whiner.
I had idea to surprise my wife and I've used bloomex for this. Paid extra fee for delivery to exact place - it was in time and space. Anyway, I cant tell you there was no any problem, but they handled my order, so service works.
