I ordered a gorgeous pair of Prada shoes (on sale), which I received in a very timely manner. The were shipped the very next day and I received the correct tracking number upon dispatch. The shoes are perfect and even better in person than pictured. I felt the need state my positive experience amongst the negativity. Granted, I may have been singing a different tune if I had to return them. However, I am more than satisfied with my purchase.
Made a purchase January 8th. It shipped 4 days later, supposedly. It is a month later and I have yet to receive my purchase. Researched the website to find out it had other bad ratings by the public and people calling it a fraud, a scam, and that their merchandise is counterfeit anyway. After several emails to the only contact provided through the website, all they ever tell me in response is that my item has shipped. Lesson learned: Will research any future unfamiliar websites before making a purchase.

TERRIBLE! They charged me TWICE for one pair of boots. They arrived, were completely fake and terrible, yet in a torn up authentic ugg box, with no tags, registration, or even a receipt. I sent them back, and it took over a month and a half of hassling, threatening and persistence to get refunded, which by the way they charge a 20% restocking fee, taken off of the refund. Which they should have no problem restocking since the return adress was to an apartment. Terrible sight, completely fake and a scam!
Ordered uggs ( and from other reviews I have seen, are fake). Never received, alot of emails, after threats, they are checking. Scam! Working on gettin removed. BEWARE..
