I started with Alex Wender, an excellent person to work with on insurance needs. I have been with Christian Villa for the last four years. Best yet!
I have experienced patience and professionalism from my agent. Perfect.
I would add my policy but I am unable to find it at this time.

Always quick to respond to questions (and provide answers) that come at him via phone calls or email, Alex is patient and reassuring, especially to us seniors who sometimes need things explained more than once! I highly recommend Alex to any and all folks searching for a medical insurance plan that will meet their health and financial needs.

If you have prescription drugs make sure the Donut Hole is fully disclosed and explained to you. Seems the $47.00 per month for each tier 3 drugs, is only good for the first couple of months, then the price skyrockets to 186.00 for one drug and 166.00 for another. Nothing disclosed about a 100% increase on the 3rd month.

Christian is extremely knowledgeable with Medicare medigap supplemental and prescription insurance plans. He took the time to make sure I picked the plans that were best for me and took care of submitting all the paperwork!

Cannot say enough good things about Alex Wender (owner of Blue Wave Ins.). He was very knowledgeable and professional. I have put off switching medicare supplemental plans for years because who can figure out the best alternative! Well, Alex knew every answer right off the bat. He answered all my questions - very patient. Not only helped me choose the best plan for me, but can go through prices of all companies right then and tell you the best price for the best plan with the best company. He cautioned me that underwriting might not pass me, so as not to raise my expectations. I was delighted when he called back a few days later and said I was "in" the new plan. It will save me hundreds each year! I can't tell you how impressed I am. I will definitely be using them again and referring them - and I don't refer many companies - especially insurance. I really appreciated Alex Wender's service (he's the founder of the Bluewave agency). He's straightfoward & factual & very knowledgeable about the many Medicare supplement insurance providers out there. He gave me the low-down about a provider with a good initial rate I had discovered online. He pointed out that it wouldn't be a good candidate for me long-term because of their smaller size, which could lead to (and already has) steeper rate increases vs. larger well established providers. I also discovered that Alex pays attention to the details and doesn't let stuff fall through the cracks. The estimate he gave me about how long it would take for the insurance provider to approve & issue me a policy was dead-on. Unsolicited, he verified with the company that they would cover pre-existing conditions without a waiting period. He told me that Bluewave, annually, will contact me to ensure I have a policy with the best rate for my situation. Alex, however, didn't sugarcoat my chances of getting approved in the future for another policy if I needed to switch, which I very much appreciate. Alex helped me figure out the Medicare stuff and was extremely patient in helping me select the right plan. He supplied us with all the prices and benefits for the Medigap plans that were available in my area. I am happy I found Bluewave Insurance!

I contacted Blue Wave Insurance and explained to the agent, Alex Wender, what plan, for the Medicare Supplemental Insurance that I was looking for. Alex did all the leg work in checking out the most reliable Companies for the money and then narrowed it down to the top five. He then sent me that list which showed each companies statistics such as payment of claims, customer service and premiums, etc. All I had to do was make my choice of any of the top five knowing that I was getting the best coverage and bang for the buck. Alex took the worry out of making the right choice! I know this sounds to easy but believe me I couldn't be any happier than I am for finding Blue Wave representative Alex Wender!
