Theft of the watch (ordered item) from the shipment. My son had ordered a boAt SMART WATCH (COSMOS) on 16th December 2023 from your boAt company's official website and paid Rs 3399/- through online banking transaction from IOB account. Today afternoon (20th December 2023) around 12 pm when the delivery boy came with the parcel, he asked me to share the code to receive the shipment. I gave him the code, but in the meantime I noticed the seal / tape from one side of the box was tampered with and the box was slightly opened. The courier boy within this time had scanned and updated the status to "shipment delivered". However, I refused to accept the tampered parcel. Upon my insistence he opened the parcel in my presence & the gatekeeper of our society who was on duty and witness to the whole episode. To our shock the watch was missing from the box. He immediately contacted his Supervisor (ECOM Express) & informed him of the item (watch) missing from the box. He took the box with him as I refused to accept the empty box. I advice everyone not take any products from this company, as they have no value for there Customer's.
No proper service, Pickup agent checks it thoroughly but after getting the product at their service centre they take utmost care to make your product in damage list. So that they are free to not serve you. I have been selling boat products for last 3-4 years. If I could have a victim for this, then think about a customer. Sorry BOAT you are in my bad products list.

One of the worst company I have ever seen in my life. I'll purchase boat 181 earbuds on 11 Dec -2023 order id- ******* on 15th Dec i'll received my order by blue-dart. One side earbuds in not working when i was asking for my refund they refused to refund my money. There is no option for exchange on there *******@aman *******@boAt lifestyle is the worst company with worst service...
Not even a single day use. Don't purchase any product from them if you want to suffer mentally.

I ordered Bluetooth airpods181 replaced because previous one were not working and I got empty box twice regarding same I tried to connect with customer care service and also email photos and video even after several reminder the refused to accept their fault and to deliver me product for which I have paid I am feeling cheated can't trust anymore. They just cannot accept their mistake.
Firstly when I've purchased,it was good but after 2-3 months I'm facing problems like Bass in the song is getting muted after attending calls and When we open the pods and listen to a music I can hear too low sound like it's just 20% volume but it's 100% full in the pods and the mobile.
I've complained to boat on Instagram and raised a warranty Claim,they've collected the pods from me and returned ofter 1 week saying that your pods is all clear and it has no problems and they've cancelled my Warranty Claim.

It's not worth of 2000 for this type of Airdopes Flex 454 ANC.
One of the worst company I have ever seen in my life. I'll purchase boat 350 stone speaker on 16 jan -2024. Speaker not working when i was asking for my refund they refused to refund my money. There is no option for exchange on there *******@aman *******@boAt lifestyle is the worst company with worst service... Not even a single day use. Don't purchase any product from them if you want to suffer mentally.
My money waste, they give 1 year warranty, but i am not able to apply warranty, if i apply they reject, my money waste, my time waste, Don't purchase any boat products.

I bought boat airdopes 161 pro and after two months one side of the airdopes was not working properly and I claimed the warranty the upgraded piece received today but iam totally dissatisfied because the product is very bad the normal mode and beast mode changing automatically and right side is not working properly in my perspective view the product is a big $#*! I request others don't buy this fake product from boat site service is very much disappointing there no worth of giving one

I suggest that avoid purchasing boAt products.
Actually I was booked complaint for my airpodes because right bud can't working properly, after repairing within a month both buds are not working.I raised 2 times complaint within 6 months. Still issue not completely resolved. So what is the quality of product how it will survive 1 year.
The 3000 Rs smartwatch stopped working after 10 days. No Data could be tracked on mobile application. On complaint, there was no resolution by the company...
Don't waste your valuable time and capital on cheap and poor quality goods.
I buy earbuds 181 it's horrible...very send me both earbuds different earbuds.then I replaced this product...they send me again different earbuds...it's very irritating...do not purchase any products from boat...very low quality

Recently bought airdopes not working. Even after requesting for return, courier partner is cancelling return request twice. Still now either courier partner hasn't contacted with me. We didn't receive such a irresponsible answer and worst reason from them.

Buy a sound bar avante 1550pro, it stop working after 4 months, then i contact customer care, after that i have waited 4 months and call almost 100 times, now they told me they can not repair the product, they give me refund, i have brought the product for 8500.00 rs and they give me refund of 5000.00 rs, they cut my 3000.00 rs for using the product months.
Shame on you boat, never ever buy a product of boat in future.

This is totally a fraud company. The product stops working within one year and when u claim warranty they take away ur old product under terms of replacement and they don't give any replacement and neither any repair. They just take away ur product.

Boat has the worst customer service. When i ordered airdopes, i was at different place, now I'm living in a different place. It's been 9 months since i bought my airdopes. I raised a complaint. They told they will pick it up. But didn't ask me for location. When i tried to reach them,didn't find any solution. They literally have the worst customer service
Scam! I will not buy anything from boat anymore. I regret using ur website I lost my allowance buying this bad product
For any electronic device the warranty period is small, but the products are supposed to last a bit longer even with servicing and repair, but after purchasing boat product we came to know there is NO AUTHORISED SERVICE FACILITY once the warranty expires.
Now on I should prefer other companies, or even local products, as the offer paid service aftre warranty.

My airdopes doesn't work after a month I try to claim my warranty I send it properly and perfectly but the service centre message to that they cannot provide claim and shared a pic that the product got damaged how can I able to take responsibility for that when I give it it was perfect
I am telling within my experience after sale services is just worst. They will blame that the product was damage due to my used. If anyone wish to check, share me your mail I'd, I can send entire mail communication with me and how the blame their customers. Anyway their last product I had already used and gathered very very bad experience. Now it's ur choice what you wish to gather.

I am inform you that, when I did my product with Blue Dart Service, there was no physical damage. This product is exactly clean only maintenance damege. I have Photo and video of the product before delivery, I shown photo for proof. This product has been damege any services after products dispatch.
