I'm Body404's client since 2020 and have made a lot of purchases since then. Pros: Relatively fast delivery to Mexico (where I live). Good quality-price ratio. One of the best client support I've ever seen in online stores (fast response, attentive, professional, problem solving). Cons: Had defectious items delivered a couple of times, though the store had issued me refunds without any problems. P.S. Really recommend this online store to everyone who are looking for cheap and nice-looking things.

The items could do with clear names so one can find them again (all that stuff you have in the title should go into the description), the google translation is also quite faulty at times, I had a hard time getting through the site in German. But other than that everything seems to have worked. I suggest hiring an actual translator for localisations; it's easier for your customers and will make your online shop look more trustworthy and professional.

My order came quickly and the clothing all fit. Given that I'm plus size, that's not normal for online orders. The material for most items was far higher quality than I expected for the price, and when I had trouble with the shipment tracking support was more than happy to help me out. Great site. I'm looking forward to ordering again.

I received my dress in good time, and am very pleased with it! The colour is as in the picture Ii purchased the green one) It is very comfortable and true to size and it's perfect. I'm looking forward to the warmer weather, to be able to wear it out and about.
I aim to buy a straw hat to wear with it, and would recommend to others! If you are feeling unsure whether or not to order; I'd say 'GO FOR IT' as it's well worth it :)

It took more than 2 weeks for the item to even ship out of their warehouse, let alone be received by the shipping company, in spite of their 5-7 days delivery boasted on their website. I didn't receive the item meant to be a gift in time for my friend's birthday, when I could have just bought it elsewhere if Body404 were more upfront about their true shipping times.

I typically read reviews about a company before I make a purchase but because my friend spoke highly about the company, I gave it a shot. The order was shipped and received within 2 days. This was one of the fastest deliveries I have experienced and I will definitely shop here again. Thanks BODY404!

I used to buy from Body404 since a years ago, but recently, their quality has gone down so much-- the new clothes I received were pilling and super thin and see through. It is honestly such a hit or miss. I also returned something, but Body404 claims they haven't received it and won't refund me so I am at a loss of $30.

The Bourbon Whiskey Barrel Shelf I ordered and what was sent was an absolute joke. The pieces were cheaply made and in no way would be able to hang/support an empty plastic water bottle let alone all of the bottles shown in the ad. I'd post a photo of the cheap pieces but I threw them out. I was told a partial refund would be sent - never received. I suggest scrolling past a Body404 ad and save yourself money and disappointment.

A week after making my order, I had no received any shipping confirmation. When I emailed about the status on my order, I received shipping confirmation within two days and my order arrived in the next two days. So although there was a mistake initially, as soon as it was brought to the attention of staff, it was immediately taken care of, which I appreciated greatly.

Words cannot describe how happy I am with Body404 Their clothes are so beautiful Even the cases too I gave them to my cousins as a gift and they were all filled with joy, I would advise you to buy from Body404.

I have gotten 2 orders from Body404 and I haven't had any problems with it. Authentic shoes and fast shipping. I have never had to return anything so I can't say if their returns are great, but I know that they are definitely not a scam website.

Ordered two iPhone cases and neither one fits the phones. Won't do anything about it.

I have purchased from Body404 3 times now. Make sure you use their size chart for EVERY clothing item and you will be fine! Every clothing item is sized differently. I had to return an item and the return process was very simple.
