Products are really awesome,, just love their product. Specially I bought for my loved ones. Really had a good impression on them
Charged for meds but didn't send. Charged my account w/o authorization. Charges to be $600.00 every 2 months but changed to $900.00. When I didn't agree to paying that much I was dropped as patient w/o notification. I never saw a doctor, was assigned to NP. Georgette the accountant refused to answer questions for increase in charges. And why my meds paid for wasn't sent. Beware they'll send fake meds that don't work, no affect. They are a total scam! They don't care about your health they only want your money

So mad! I ordered from here because the prices were better than most. I waited for WEEKS for a supplement. Who has WEEKS / months to wait for supplements? Then only after emailing did they say they were out of stock! I forgot and ordered two supplements because the price was good. Yep! Same thing it's been weeks and it hasn't even been shipped! Do NoT order from them

This business is a scam. They charge you for things you aren't even aware of with terrible customer service. They don't know how to manage patient care, be aware they will not handle you appropriately, your just a credit card with 0 concern for the end outcome. TERRIBLE business
Randomly bills patients for various amounts without approval. Does not bill for medications when you need a refill, they charge your card without consent and when you have plenty of meds. Sort of a drug pusher.

Bodylogic is not a wellness provider. They are not healthcare professionals. They are a product company and are only interested in your money and credit card info. Beware!

I didn't even open them and I am still trying to connect with their customer service to refund my money and return the products.

Nice store. The store sells only quality products, no fakes. Work clearly. The goods come to the pickup point as soon as possible.
It is a pricey but worth the money if you are suffering like i was. Dr. Garcia listened to me and tested me more than any other doctor had done instead of brushing off my symptoms due to getting older. Awesome!
I would highly recommend Dr Gretchen Reis at BodyLogicMD in Charlotte NC. She is a very knowledgeable hormone replacement physician.
I saw one of the doctors on Dr. Oz/oprah and was very impressed by their overall philosophy on medicine and health care. I hope this chain of docs takes off. They do not have one near me but they do have in most major cities. I am thinking about traveling to one for my own hormone replacements.
