I love Booksi! Before I became a member, I used to completely stress out when it came down to planning a vacation. All the different sites redirecting to different site through comparisons. Now, planning vacations, booking flights, hotels and travel accommodations have become a snap of the fingers! I was able to travel Greece and spend time in St Peterburg Fl! So happy I found Booksi!

Unknown destination at this time. I'm still not sure how this package deal will pan out on my behalf.
Booked 5 days 4 nights in Gatlinburg and their computer accepted it. When trying to confirm (which you must do thru their call center) we were told by the lady we would get 4 days 3 nights because the hotel did not have anything else available. Advised her that was unacceptable and after a protracted time she agreed to cancel the reservation and refund. If they do not I will just call American Express in the 30 days allowable. We won't be back.

Booksi definitely has great deals. They are legitimate at real resorts. My issue with the whole thing is they are simply/strictly trying to sell timeshares. It's very obvious from the first phone call. I also don't appreciate the fact that I was then routed through one or two other third-party companies… It all just felt very "bait and switch", but at the prices they charge some folks will obviously feel like it's worth it. For me using up what winds up amounting to practically a day of my vacation (not the 120 min promised) to be HIGH pressure pitched on a timeshare (NOT a simple tour of the property as promised) is in no way worth it. And I'm also quite certain they'll never stop calling/emailing/marketing going forward.
Because of this deal I wanted to check it out

The Beauty Queen knows what she's doing. I'm an active senior with locs. They'd unravel barely a week after getting done. I'm also tender headed which posed another issue. When she finished, I was so happy. Blessed Hands should be her nickname. It's been two weeks, and my hair still looks good. I will definitely be going back. And guess what?, she has great rates.

I'm not sure I haven't gotten my free $50 credit yet you asked for feedback too early if you want an honest opinion and honest feedback on your service then you should ask after the free trial is over
Update - after trying to get this resolved for a month, Stacy advised she was issuing the refund as the seller and prior representatives should have done due to their sales tactics. I truly appreciate Stacy resolving this matter in a timely and professional manner, she was a savior!
UPDATE! I've tried resolving this with them for almost a month but despite my efforts they will not speak! I have returned their generic voicemails, but when someone picks up, they are silent (except for the chatter in the background) while i'm saying "hello" multiple times, then they hang up. Despite their claims of wanting to resolve this issue, they obviously do not! This company has now been reported to the State and Federal agencies for fraud and DTP violations, as well as to the BBB.

Travel scams goin on! Once you make the purchase, the deceptive trade practices and fraudulent inducement escalates! You will soon find out if you cancel for any reason; you lose all your money! Its Disgusting! This company will tell you whatever it takes to manipulate you into a purchase! Spread the word!
Tip for consumers:
You purchase with Booksi, then Monsterrg charges you and you have to then go through them to book your trips....I didn't buy from Monsterrg, I purchased through Booksi, but then Booksi won't help either and refuses to refund your money despite not stating PRIOR to purchase, their refund policy!

None, when I tried booking I wasn't allowed to use the hotel, Grand Oasis Cancun, that I purchased. I wasn't allowed to go to Vegas or NOLA like advertised. I was told I had to use MY package when they had availability?...WTH?

My husband and I really enjoyed our vacation to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico! My Concierge Rolando was Amazing! He set up transportation from the Airport and had our suite jacked up for my Birthday! We received a bottle of wine, Rose petals were on our bed shaped in a heart, and we had towel decorations like a heart! First class all around. We are going to return to Sunscape next year hopefully. The food was delicious and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable about the area and activities! Thumbs up!
