My little shi-tzu fur baby was purchased at Boss when they opened in Heron Bay (has since moved to Wiles Road). Was having dinner next door in Heron Bay when my grandchildren said "lets go see the puppies" after dinner. Well, we bought him there and now he is 11 1/2 yrs old and we have been going to Boss for that long. He was just there last week for his grooming. Have done teeth cleaning there also. Great people, great grooming at a reasonable price. We Love Boss the Pet Connection
My dog suffered from heatstroke at this place while boarding, they called us saying "dog is excited can we give him CBD" on a Sunday as we were preparing to leave on our vacation. Well we got suspicious and went there, we found our dog, on the floor, foaming, purple tongue inside a closed cubicle - when we asked staff what was happening and why it was so hot in there - they simply claimed "oh, he was worse before, he will be fine, the a/c will kick in soon, is hot because of all the commotion in here" but anyone with a 1/2 a brain would know that our dog was in severe distress, needless to say and to make a long sad story short, we picked up our dog, who basically couldn't even stand up, and ran frantically on a Sunday to look for an emergency vet, thankfully finding one a few minutes away. At no time did the staff offered their "24/7" on call Vet, they supposedly have and advertise at their website, at NO time did they answered as to why a place that is supposed to be temperature controlled was so hot, at no time did they gave us an answer as to why our dog was under such obvious distress? Demand letter has been sent to them with all evidence of their negligence, we have made a police report against them for negligence and cruelty. Anyone with a bad experience should send them a demand letter and don't forget to site Florida Statue #627.4137 where they have to disclose their insurance info. So that any charges you incur related to your pet due to their lack of "trained staff" could be sent to their insurer and recovered. This I type with a heavy heart for the memory of our Pepe our beloved family member/ESA, may he rest easy after such an early departure from us!

Prior to finding Boss, the Pet Connection, I used my vet's groomer to get my shih-tzu groomed. But, they would keep him all day and it cost a small fortune each visit. I found a groupon for Boss, and decided to give them a try. That was nearly three years ago, and I haven't used another groomer since! They have the fastest service I've ever used, and provide amazing coupons, deals, and discounts for loyal customers. Highly recommended!
Boyton beach salon cannot style they only know how to shave them down. Her hair grows slowly and will take 3-4 years if I'm lucky to grow out.
Tip for consumers:
Asked to see a groomer at drop off and clerk said oh just tell me what you want. Big mistake!
