We purchased a $250.00 gift card for my husbands parents for Christmas right before Covid hit. I contacted Branson shows about being unable to use gift card with all the covid regulations. They assured me that the card would remain good. Covid hit the pretty hard and they had not been able to make the Branson trip on their own. We were finally able to take them his past December to find out that the entire $250.00 was eaten up with a monthly service fees. They did not provide any grace for the Covid hit., I was very disappointed that they did not try to do anything to make this right. I would recommend not making the same mistake I did and avoid buying their gift cards and just give your loved ones cash if you want to bless them with funds for time spent in Branson. Needed to confirm a late date reservation while on road so the online process seemed best. Because I ordered on a Sunday afternoon the day before the show and didn't receive the voucher instructions until noon of the next day it was a little tight but it was on time. Mandi was our itinerary specialist and I will say she was very nice, not pushy but very informative. Good start to our Branson experience.

Always enjoy the Presley's when we come to Branson. They are a wonderful group that touch's hearts with certain songs. Looking forward to seeing them again.

We will be in town for 10 days but your reservation system only allows us to look for tickets 4 days at a time. Not very "customer accommodating."
