I was recommended this site from a friend, I have tried several sites before and actually was about to give up on the Eastern European dating thing. I also seldom do reviews but I thought I would in this case... So lets keep it straight to the point. A really great site with REAL women. Not all beauty queens but real and for that reason I give it 5 stars.

I have used Bridesandlovers before and met my ex-wife using this site, so "no" not all profiles are fake. However the site itself tries fo be sneaky. If you let your membership expire then log in a month later; There will be literally hundreds of messages in your inbox (Most just saying "Hi" or "How are you?") Then if you re-subsrcibe, then bam? Radio silence. So be careful

Brides and Lovers has excellent anti scammer protection in place, and real profiles, unlike most pay per letter sites
I would recommend anyone who is looking for real ladies, then this well established site with a British owner sets the benchmark of how things should be done

I have done a fair few Russian dating sites and learnt over the last 18 months most are a pile of *** but wow! Bridesandlovers.com certainly got their act together. Great scam control no fakes and zero scammers. Keep it up Bridesandlovers.com!

Hello, I joined Date a British Guy as now 48 year old British Man for two years. Hot listed by dozens of women who I hot listed back and matched with. Tried to continue correspondence but they then ignored me. I contacted dozens of women in America but they never reply. I also contacted dozens of women in other countries but they never replied. Never got a date with any women! A pointless waste of time. Free for men but women pay to join. I think the website sends automated fake messages to keep you interested. Hope this helps. Ray.

I have been on Bridesandlovers.com since June 2017... Lots of great women on the site... You have to pick and choose... And kind make effort to communicate with them, to get a good results, I was expecting the women to be more forward, but is ok. Most women want to communicate by Skype only. I am currently communicating with a wonderful woman from Russia for the last 5 months by skype everyday. Going to visit her in January I hope it will work out ok, I have a feeling it will,!

I CANNOT login. The site cannot even find my email. I sent several emails to customer service but they do not answer. I also used the contact form at the "brides and lovers" site as well as "red square cupid" without reply. They are FAKE SITES. Stay away and do not waste your money here.

I used this site on and off for some time now. If you want to meet real people Bridesandlovers.com is the place to be! The women are just normal women, not your 5 star beauty you see on so many other sites today. Bravo!

I have used this site for a few years now and recently they uploaded a brand new site. Well managed and scam free.

They play tricks will ask you to add additional site as ukraine date for free, then all your message come only from that site, tempting you to pay for that site. Please do not give them consent to add new site.

They use a well known two jewel websites system. After to fill in a profile as a free member you get many interest and messages. After paying for one month I tried to contact all the women I was interested in and sent me one interest or a message. One was a scammer as She invited me to communicate on WhatsApp and requested me money. They removed her as I sent Screenshot to Bridesandlovers but she tried to contact me on Ukrainiandating the jewel website. You get many messages and when you reply most of the women keep offline and never come back so you waste your time replying to women with who you have no chance to build a relation. Of course you get more messages from the second website to make you pay for a second plan. Ok they removed the first scam but you have too many profiles who login for one day and never come back or sent you one interest or a message and never reply a second time. Too many hello from Ukraine, hello from Russia and nothing more. My mail box was full of notification for nothing. And some women are single for 5 years with profiles on 10 websites ( thank you google image) and are very, very attractive...

My rating would be 3.5 to be fair. Girls are real enough. Affordable website. Not sure if the girls are serious. Could do more to promote you profile once you have paid. Tips on approaching women would assist since the cultural difference is plenty. My initial approach was not good and had to learn via trial and error. Take it slow initially. I made the mistake of rushing. Their ice breaker feature not very effective
