I absolutely love my lamps from this company. They shipped them really fast. I got the carter lamp and it's so nice and slick, really easy to install, and most importantly I have a 5 years full warranty on it, so if anything breaks I get a free replacement. Brightech rocks guys, I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Bought a lamp from Amazon, was missing the cord, called customer service, and was told they would send one and charge me for it, and I would need to get my money for the cord back from Amazon. In full disclosure, the box was wrinkled, and the top of the styrofoam was cracked, but it was an unopened box. Can't review the lamp since I could not turn it on. Would give zero stars if I could.
