THIS IS A SCAM! They bait you with a "trial offer" for a small shipping fee and within ten days 4 different charges hit your bank account totaling more than $200! Then when you raise holy hell and threaten to sue them, they tell you the BEST they can do is refund $30 of your money. This company need to be SHUT DOWN. They also use the name "*******@Home Teeth Whitening"

You get hooked in on the 4.95 trial offer and then you say yes to get the trail offer. Well you 14 day trail starts on the day you order it. You actually don't get to use the product for more than 3 to 5 days before you have to return it. READ THE SMALL PRINT... I wished I did. I called and it took 4 to 5 times before I could get through the hold call from this company. At first, you think you have wrong number, because they don't identify themselves. When I finally got to talk to someone, I told them I tried to call them several times with no luck. Finally, I got a real person. I finally was able to explain, what had happened and I was told if I could return the product and cancel my membership and get a refund if returned by a certain date. I returned it before the date I was told, and then got nothing. Had to call the company again... amazing I was told by another person, I couldn't get my refund. I asked to talk to a supervisor, was told no and got hung up the customer support person. I called them right back, and got another customer service support person. I again asked to talk to a supervisor. This time I got to talk to this supervisor, ended up in a arguement and he finally checked that I talked to the person I told him and amazingly he didn't document anything we talked about. Now, I am at almost 2 weeks and still waiting on my refund. I hope for once, a company keeps it word. I just don't understand how states keep eyes on companies that steal from people. Make them place contracts in with their products and not just say you said ok on the website.
