Brilliant Directories

I wrote a review in 2016, and here I am still with these folks. They are the best. No matter what question, what problem that may arise they are right on top of it. Their add on features are awesome and always growing and I am always excited to see these new features which add to the quality of my directory. The site is always fast, always up, and you know with Brilliant that they are always there to assist. What more can you ask for. I love these folks.

So grateful to have found you guys. The only criticism I can say is there are so many features built in that there's a lot to learn. I migrated from another platform, so it took me about 2 weeks to get everything transferred over. I did most of it myself. Members were easy to add. But some of my events and articles I had to manually copy and paste into my brilliant site.

But every time I have a question your amazing support team (especially the wonderful Gloriana) is always there to point me in the right direction.

Not only am I happy with my shiny new site (YAY), my member's are also elated with joy from all the new toys and tools brilliant offers for them.

Having spent about a week to "discover" the insides of this platform, I must say I am pleasantly surprised at the power of the toolset and looking forward to putting my 3 sites in high gear AND then to add more as I find the opportunities.
The support staff and user community have been way way way more responsive than I had expected.

I had a great purchase experience with Brilliant Directory, in particular with Mike Campos who provided a nice live product walk through. Flexibility on pricing was a determinant factor in the negotiation.

As an agency we have looked at, researched a number of options for membership, directory related websites for clients and I have to say Brilliant Directories is the most comprehensive, stable platform on the market. Dennis Tinerino customer success manager was available to answer every question that we had (We had quite a bit). We are forever grateful for his support while reviewing the platform. We are excited to have this as an option.

Software looks good and appears to have the features we need. Forum, support and help files not very helpful. Was also looking at edirectory but the price swung it.

Dennis is outstanding! He was extremely responsive. We emailed back and forth for the last 10 days. He kept me well informed of everything that he could in order to help me make my decision. I was very satisfied with my total experience with Brilliant Directories. I was referred by a friend of mine who purchased his directory about 3 years ago and had nothing but high reviews for your company.

Tons of features built into the product already, managed hosting included, looks pretty close to turn key. I decided to use a Brilliant Directory site vs. coding one from scratch, or by heavily customizing a wordpress install. Look forward to setting up our new directory site!

Brilliant Directories appears to be very professional and offers good value for money but to be honest I haven't had the chance to use the software yet, although the response I've had from the customer services team has been very good so far.

Hopefully the software will prove to be simple to use for somebody like me who has never tried to design a website before.

From my first contact with them super friendly awesome support, very responsive to any issues. And best option in comparison to other similar companies that offer same solution but at a much, much higher price tag. Highly recommend if your starting a directory based website!

We've taken a good hard look at a few of the directory projects and were really quite surprised by how well brilliant directories has attended to some of the more complicated issues and maintained a functional, well thought out structure while retaining the ability to customize.

Well worth spending some time with the trial to make sure the feature set is where you want it to be but for us it ticked nearly all of the requirements. Great job guys :)

Brilliant Directories has go great reviews and I've been looking to set up a structure with little experience. Seems like Brilliant Directories has what I need - looking forward to watching all the intro videos and reading tips to set it up right. Customer service so far has been solid.

I have been hearing about Brilliant Directories for about a year from two developers and they love it. So I did my homework and contacted Patrick, who is amazing by the way and signed up for the Black Friday special. I have two sites that I need this software to develop, so wish me luck, but like I said, So Far So Good...;-)

I want to genuinely thank jason at Brilliant Directories. My wife and I have been trying to put together a community website for parents with a nationwide directory of toddler programs for children 1-4. We have tried multiple times with Wordpress themes and were even dupped by overseas developers and lost some money there. We had given up on the project entirely. We stumbled upon Brilliant Directories through YouTube videos and new we had to give it a try. We are certainly happy that we did. Although we are not coders, we were able to setup our site and also enlisted the setup services of the amazing Brilliant Directories staff. Francella helped me with my website setup to help us save time and get the website ready for members. The whole process took no longer than 8 days. We feel so lucky that after years of struggle and let downs we now have a site that people love and is my wife's full time job now. Thank you to such an amazing team. I wish I could write more but you guys should know that you are changing people's lives with the incredible platform you've developed. Thank you jason for giving us the direction we needed to get the idea out to the word.

After many months of searching I have finally found the best software that in my opinion is available today on or offline, no other software offers the amount of features and functionality. It really is "Brilliant"

My decision to select Brilliant Directories as our Directory Site Partner was based on the ease of setup and the ability to keep 100 percent of our subscriber fees. What was cool was Dennis wasn't trying to sell me. He asked the right questions, listened to what my companies core competency is, and then he highlighted the exact features that would help our company accomplish our goals.

Features, Good design, Lifetime hosting, Possible further customisations and seriously above all customer care.
