About two months ago, we noticed that one of the beautiful engagement ring's tiny stones was missing. I called Brilliant Earth; they issued a return ticket and shipment documentation. A phone call was scheduled with a customer support representative. Initially, Brilliant Earth asked for a few hundred dollars to fix and strengthen the ring's prongs. I protested as the engagement ring was relatively new. My argument was accepted, and the repair was done for free. A couple of months later, we received the ring back. Overall, I am delighted with both the procedure and the outcome.
I have learned from the process that the ring needs regular maintenance of not only cleaning but re-checking the prongs.

I was trying to find a very specific look of bracelet for my wedding day. It's tough to find exactly what you're looking for when you have a specific idea in mind. I ended up finding Brilliant Earth after doing a quick google search of reputable jewelry companies, and I'm happy I did! I called their customer service line to get some help narrowing down my search and the agent was SUPER helpful. I ended up with the most beautiful bracelet that was perfect for my special day and I will treasure it always.

Beware of the model you purchase. Mine has a 1.3mm ring, and it broke after removing a sleeve, which is, from my point of view, not normal.
We called the customer service and had multiple discussions with them, but overall, what came out is that thin ring are not meant to be worn everyday, and that I should remove it when I sleep, shower, train, and so on.

I'm really angry at the fact that they won't offer us anything else than a credit of the value of the ring at the moment of purchase. I mean, first of all, it should have been mentionned somewhere on the website the risks of having a thin ring, and how to take care of it. Nowhere is it mentioned. How was I supposed to know that an engagement ring (which you're supposed to where everyday) has to be taken of pratically always?

Also, there is no way I am purchasing this ring again, as it will break a second time. They suggest us to go with a larger band, which has a higher price of course. I feel like it is not our responsibility to pay more than we were ready to, because of a lack of communication and false advertising.

Anyways, they have beautiful product, just get educated somewhere else before you make a purchase.

Absolutely terrible and unreliable. I have not even been married 2 years I am on my 3rd band with them that has broken. They are extremely unreliable and customer service is awful. They refuse to give me a refund when BIG diamonds have fallen off my newly upgraded $3,000 band TWICE now. They have replaced it already and 2 weeks later, another diamond fell out. I haven't had my wedding ring this entire year consistently on my finger due to this companies policies. I haven't had it on my hand for even 30 days before diamonds are popping off my band and nowhere to be found. This company is a disgrace when it comes to the uniqueness and cost of diamonds for a wedding band. Do not use them whatsoever. We will be sure to be letting all of our friends and families aware of this company's extremely poor etiquette for high paying customers.

Recently shopped with Brilliant Earth for both my mother and wife's mother's day gifts. Each item arrived earlier than expected and they were beautifully wrapped. I will definitely do business with Brilliant Earth again for more of our jewellery needs and will also suggest their services to friends and family because I truly feel they go above and beyond to offer a remarkable product and experience to their customers.

This continues to be a nightmare experience. At first everything seemed ideal - I was able to pick a nice looking setting and the exact diamond specs I wanted. I made the order and then called to arrange for a guaranteed delivery date. I was promised a specific date for delivery (at a cost of almost $200 extra) and made arrangements to be home while the GF was away.

The ring did not come on that day and instead it was later delivered directly into my GF's hands... there goes the surprise (the packaging is NOT discreet enough). Brilliant Earth said "sorry", refunded the extra cost to guarantee a delivery date and sent me complimentary silver stud earrings (cheap) - this did not make up for ruining the surprise.

If that wasn't a enough of a fumble, less than 2 weeks after I put the ring on my GF's finger (again, the moment was robbed from us because it was not a surprise) a diamond fell out of the setting. Brilliant Earth has offered to fix it (and what choice do I really have), but they want my now fiancé to go without a ring on her finger for a month while they fix their own mistake. This will no doubt raise eyebrows, if not questions, and be embarrassing for her.

Smaller issue: I was promised a free pair of diamond stud earrings with the ring; they did not come. I called about this and they sent them out after-the-fact. The studs are laughable and are not much of a gift at all. I have chosen to toss these rather than give them to someone (who would just about have to use a magnifying glass to tell that there was even a diamond on them). I have shared all of this with Brilliant Earth multiple times. Each time they are sympathetic and admit to dropping the ball, they say they will escalate the complaint, and I never hear from them again.

I feel embarrassed myself and that I let my fiancé down by trusting Brilliant Earth. I write this review with the hopes of saving some from my experience - go anywhere else!

The selection, cuts, diamond sizes and variety is just amazing at Brilliant Earth. They have something for everyone's budget and you can really figure it out easily with the great assistance from their sales associate. If you can't make it into one of their locations, their website is awesome and you can call in to ask any questions you may have to a sales associate at their call center too. Very good service.

I recently bought the most beautiful bracelet online from Brilliant Earth. It was just as gorgeous in person as it was photographed online. You never know if you can trust websites these days to ensure you're going to actually receive what you see online, but you definitely can with Brilliant Earth. The description of my bracelet was bang on and really exceeded my expectations in person when I got the delivery. Very happy with my purchase!

My fiance purchased my beautiful ring from Brilliant Earth in a total surprise engagement. Therefor I had to send it back in to be resized. It took them almost 3 weeks to re-size the ring. When I got it back 2 of the 4 prongs were loose (like pulling out my hair and getting caught on clothes loose). They will not guarantee this is covered under warranty, even though this was their jewelers error, and to top it off they say it will take 4 weeks to fix. Finally, if I were to take it somewhere local that could fix my ring in a reasonable amount of time, it will void the warranty. So again, the ring is beautiful, but pray that there is nothing wrong with it, because then it becomes not their problem!

I had a few questions related the shipping procedure. I like how quickly they responded to my questions and resolved my issues. Strongly recommend!

Brilliant Earth would not process my refund until I took down my 1-star review. This company has mean-spirited business practices. Buyer beware.

I paid a 50% deposit to hold a diamond that I wanted to see in-person. After I drove an hour to my appointment, they said they sold it already! I was really disappointed and confused... my hold was still active and I paid (a lot) for the deposit.

The next day, they called to say it was a mistake -- the diamond was actually in still in shipping. Whew... but it would take another week to arrive. This messed up my proposal timing -- I booked a venue and plane tickets for family, because a few weeks earlier, Brilliant Earth said that timing wouldn't be a problem. I tripled checked with different people at the company. Either they lied to me to try to lock me in, or they're incompetent. Either way, I was fool for trusting them.

It gets worse. They wouldn't even honor the refund of my deposit because I posted a negative review on Yelp! They required that I take down the review first, even though it was honest. Sketchy. Who knows how many bad reviews they've removed like this.

It took a week to get in touch with a manager, but after taking down my original review, he finally offered a $150 discount or to honor my refund. I just wanted my money back, and to never deal with this awful company again. I already had to rebook my proposal venue and plane tickets for family (lost over $1,000).

Now that the refund processed, I am posting this recap of what happened. This is a shady company. Look on reddit on you'll find horror stories about them.

My husband and I bought our wedding bands from their website because of Covid and not being able to shop in person right now. Because of the pandemic, we've decided to have an earlier intimate ceremony and therefore needed accelerated delivery, the customer service here was amazing and they ensured I would get my order in time and I did. We love our bands and they are just perfect. Wonderful service and amazing quality of products.

Brilliant Earth's collection did not disappoint. They had several items that were very interesting and at reasonable price points. I ended up splurging a bit more than I had intended to, but I know I'll have this piece for years to come. It arrived on time and was really nicely packaged. I appreciate the care they took in sending it to me.

Shopping at Brilliant Earth is easy. They have soo much to choose from. I was looking for more and an antique look. Happy with what I found and I know if I'm in the market for more jewelry, which will probably happen, I'll be looking here first!

Super happy with my experience with Brilliant Earth. I had no idea what my ring size was so I checked out their FAQ section and found out that they can send you free sizer, serious game changer. I've never shopped with a company that really puts their clientele first like this, I'm going to recommend this brand to all my friends!

I purchased a beautiful setting but my god, I would never recommend Brilliant Earth as a place to get an engagement ring. I chose a vintage ring listed as in excellent condition. I acknowledge my mistake. During the purchasing process, I should have questioned what their definition of excellent is. The rings are not listed as being sold as is, there is no warning that Brilliant Earth does not replace the stones in a vintage ring at all.
I noticed one of the accent diamonds was dull, it wouldn't sparkle at all and it seemed like it was chipped, so, I took the ring to a few jewelers. All 4 accent diamonds and one of the sapphires have considerable damage to where the jewelers strongly advised to have them replaced. The center diamond also has damage around the girdle but that's more minimal. Instead of offering to sell me replacements, other jewelers told me that I need to have the place that sold the ring replace the stones. Unless you are buying a ring on Ebay, at a marked discounted rate from a jeweler or at a pawn shop, it's not normal to receive stones in that condition, regardless of how old the setting is.
When a person buys jewelry, they come to terms with it being grossly marked up. They justify that with the jewelry being beautiful and in the best condition it can be in. I paid for better quality and it would not have cost the company much at all to have provided it. I was intentionally sold significantly damaged stones for the same price as what most jewelers consider to be excellent quality in the hope I wouldn't notice before the 30 day refund/exchange.
I sent the ring back, I lost my sh*t on the customer service line and so far, Brilliant Earth has confirmed that they intentionally sell damaged stones without disclosure. I was advised that a gemologist had looked at my ring and while they admit the damage is there... the stones are secure in the ring, therefore, the condition is considered excellent and they can only offer for me to return the ring or give me prices to purchase new stones.
A piece of gravel can be secured in the setting, being secured means nothing. BE gave me a diamond that has the entire top of it shaved off. Literally, the top part of the diamond is not there which is why it's dull. How can that be justified by saying the bottom half is still stuck in there well? They might as well have had someone walk out to a parking lot to look for a few little pieces of gravel to gorilla glue in the setting, wrapped the ring in lightly used toilet paper and sent a fu*k you, thanks for the money card. Saying it's vintage does not justify selling VISIBLY DULL AND CHIPPED diamonds. FOR THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. WITHOUT WARNING.
Brilliant Earth, I purchased an engagement ring, this isn't the same as purchasing a bank foreclosed home with the intention of gutting and renovating. I did not purchase a diamond and gemstone ring for thousands of dollars for you to turn around and offer to sell me new, unbroken stones to put in there. I did not pay thousands of dollars for the setting itself. It may be an old setting but you're not selling it to the Smithsonian trying to make an exhibit featuring it. The ring was not made by a known designer, it did not belong to a celebrity and it's not even unique as in handmade vintage (which I've purchased from another jeweler that was able to provide true excellent condition because they replaced the one stone that needed it). The value of this ring is not in its age, it's still in the materials it's made of.
I'm beyond unhappy and I haven't even gotten into the real emotional effect this experience has given me, so, let's get to it.
Sending back an engagement ring is heartbreaking. It's embarrassing, one day I have a ring and the next it's gone bringing a wave of questioning from friends, family, coworkers. No, the engagement is not off, we were just idiots and got swindled with purchasing a ring online. This past weekend I had a friend fly in from out of state to celebrate with me but... there was no ring. She lives out of state, came to see the ring in person and I don't even have it anymore because I made the foolish decision to see if the company would resolve the issue. Brilliant Earth won't even replace the one small accent diamond that is completely missing the top, I'll have to take the ring elsewhere to replace the stones and I'm SOL for the money I spent for just a setting.
The engagement experience largely revolves around the ring. Brilliant Earth fu*ked it up real bad for me and I warn others not to take the risk for that special of an occasion.
I love the setting, I'm taking the ring back but I was ripped off. The condition of the ring is not comparable to the price I had to pay for it. It's similar to ordering a Chanel purse online and finding out you got a fake, it looks great at first glance but it should not have had the same price.

I just bought from Brilliant Earth for the first time online a few weeks back and it definitely won't be my last time. I was nervous when I purchased because you never know what to expect when it's your first time purchasing, but they did not disappoint. From the delivery and processing times, to the beautiful packaging and the overall quality of the pieces, Brilliant Earth just really stands out in their industry.

Had trouble ordering kept being told theyre holding funds for 24 - 48 hours. Then order finally in and they dont send part of the order and the necklace they do send comes tarnished. I try emailing, wait 3 days for a response to get an email that says send back my tarnished ring (didnt order a ring) and they will charge me for repair. No mention of other earring. I call only to be told 24 - 48 hours again and that i need to send back necklace. Nothing further done to help.

Brilliant Earth was recommended to me by my brother as he has shopped with them quite a bit in the past. It's definitely the most unique and reasonably priced option I've seen in a while! There are tons of options available, even for men, I was pleasantly surprised.
