Terrible fake products, absolute liars, not processing refunds and not paying for shipping for their cheap fake crap.

As opposed to the one star reviews here I have t say that I LIKE this store and am a repeat customer. I am NOT being paid by it to write this review - am a real customer, in New Zealand, and received my order in a couple of weeks. Love their stuff and think that it is fine quality. Particularly love the little colour changing animal figurine beads. Yes, of course it all comes with a lot of marketing hype but well worth it for attractive bling which is a bit different, and well made from genuine stone.

Ordered 5 bracelets. 3 of them were not true to size. I have been dealing with them to get extra beads for 2 months now. Agreed on a price and they said they would send me an invoice for 12 beads. They sent me an invoice for 1 bead. I have been trying to contact them for 3 weeks now and nothing. Don't trust these scammers. Buyer be ware!

I like how my bracelets looks and make me feel a good change is to come for me when I wear them. I would recommend the jewelries to family and friends.

It's not a scam, I've ordered two bracelets and received it with no issues. I, have had great luck since I've been wearing it! Ordered a denim jumper early June 2023. Waited to receive it when I emailed them. They stated something about being back ordered and they would send it to me in a two weeks July came around. They still hadn't sent it. I went through PayPal and stated that they had not sent it so on July 5, but a trans stated they would refund me the amount back for the dress. On July 10 they refused to refund it see picture below.

I love my necklace! It's beautiful and have had numerous comments! Just lovely! The dragon is sheer whimsy!

I ordered 2 bracelets one for myself and the other for my daughter, I placed the order on 4/4/2020 It is now may 6th no bracelets as yet I'm starting a claim with bbb to get my 39.95 back and also going through my bank I've waited long enough I knew better but went a head and placed the order anyway thinking this is a legit company I'm also going to post to there Instagram and let potential buyers know beware this is a SCAM site they steal your money

This afternoon, I placed an order for a Feng Shui bracelet and then seconds later, I had a change of mind. I called and sent them emails to cancel my order and for my refund. No live agent will answer the phone and still emailed me a confirmation for the order that I requested to be cancelled. This company seems fraudulent and practices poor customer service. I will never do business with Buddha Power Store ever again!

Good trick big con. My one broke when I called one person said bury it with the sacred red cloth which it never came with 30 minutes later I received a "how to string the beads together again"
What the F! Happened to the sacred burial "? Its a scam they sell ice to Eskimos its a heap of rubbish and lies.
Make one out of macaroni atleast if you go poor and hungry you can eat the dam thing

First, you need to understand that this jewelry is being shipped from outside the U.S. Mine took a month to receive. I love My bracelet and yes, it is genuine Black Obsidian. Beautiful!

I bought a bracelet, and it's beautiful. Very good quality. But it doesn't fit. I've been trying to return it for a week, and the store keeps offering me discounts on other items. They are operating in bad faith.

I was reading all these reviews and was quite confused... i had no issues with my ordering, and my bracelets are not fake or plastic. They even actually have some nice weight to them which you would not have with plastic. So im sorry to hear of the misfortune some seem to have had but my ordervwas fine, customer service responded to me promptly all 3 times i got in touch with them and even got an extra discount code from them, and my bracelets are definately not made from plastic.

Bracelet looks nice however it is beaded on a weak piece of string and fell apart before I had it 2 weeks. Poor, poor workmanship!

They took a little while to come in but when I was surprise coming home today so my beautiful box. I'm wearing them now I'm not sure what they can do but I do have faith I believe in the law of attraction think positive whether you're wearing a bracelet or not but these braces are beautiful and I look forward to the magic. Good quality stones too.

I ordered two bracelets and then quickly realized it was all a scam. I tried to e-mails and made several telephones to cancel but no answer. I know I'm not the only person who has been swindled, it is such a great fraud and scam. I will never receive a refund and even worst they will never deliver the bracelets. Words cannot express how angry I fell at this time to have fallen victim to this crap company.

I'd be skeptical in purchasing unless you copy all documentation. I'm ready to post a warning on Facebook. Sad shops get crooked to where you don't want to buy on line

It's a shame that people have to experience this. So, tired of these online websites business ripping people off. Karma will comeback. I am not letting this slide contacting every news station, Attorney General, whomever will listen and file my complaint and start a class action lawsuit. How you gone represent God, and then steal from its people. Really?

We order a set of bracelets for $39 at the the beginning of April. We are now coming towards the end of May and no bracelets. I have emailed them on three different occasions with zero response. I just had to ask PayPal to get involved as I have no other recourse. A simple email would have done wonders. My advice - Buy somewhere else that actually cares about customer service.

I received the 2 brazalete in less than 3 weeks.The only think I don't liked it's bouts coming in a same box and one it's for a present. Will be good if inside have instructions how to clean and wearying

I am beginning to think that I am the only idiot who bought into their fake advertisement. Ordered couple of bracelets, from which one never arrived and the other two looked nothing as advertised. Green obsidian and rainbow color obsidian stones were just as black as a black could be. I must be colorblind if any of these look green or rainbow colors. Please stay away from this fake company!

I had bought a crystal and upon realizing that it will take 4 weeks for delivery ( you get a video after purchasing) I happen to send them a cancellation request right after purchase. It's been a week and they haven't canceled my order. Though a email came confirming that they have sent a request to sales team. Totally fraud and dishonest company
