Everything from ordering to receiving books was very user-friendly and easy to accomplish

Great Prices but no communication in shipping. Didn't receive any shipping information. Waited 2 weeks and had to call for any updated information. Never heard from shipping department but did receive a call back from customer service that they would look into the matter. Waited another 4 days and finally received word ( after UPS had already delivered the product to me that morning) that the product had shipped out and should be arriving any day. Not a big deal but enough to question whether or not to order from them again. Product did come in good packaging with no damage. KH

I simply found BulkBookstore searching online looking for books by the bulk. They were able to fill my order of 175 books without a problem. My order came within 5-10 business days as promised. My experience was easy and smooth.

I am very pleased with the service of this company. Easy to order, shipment arrived in the expected time, and books arrived in perfect condition. My only issue was that a coupon that was offered online would not work. The customer service was very helpful in this, but the coupon never did work.

It took many tries over two days and two unsuccessful asks for help to get the system to accept my zip code. Apparently there is an auto-fill that must be used but it doesn't pop up right away. That caused some frustration.

Needed a bunch of books fast, and couldn't find decent pricing until I happened upon Bulk Bookstore! Super easy, love that this is based in PNW, and really easy to use. Hoping at least part of the order shows up on the shorter end of the shipping ETA, but either way, you saved my project! So far so good and would totally recommend in the future!

Before you shop, make sure you know that there are no returns or exchanges for any reason. They do not help. They do not care.

I buy books so my kids can distribute to classmates at Halloween, Christmas and Valentines instead of doing candy or sweets and the books are always a hit with the kids!
