5oz silver not recieved, no updates as promised.
I ordered a five ounce silver bar with assay. I recieved an envelope only containing the assay, no silver. They messaged and said they would open an investigation and would keep me informed of updates...that was over five months ago! Buyer beware!

I have purchased from many firms over the years, and I can say Bullion Exchanges is my top choice.
Great prices, Fast secure service, secure packaging, fast delivery. I highly recommend this company to anyone interested in investing in bullion or just adding to their collection.

So I purchased 1500$ worth of stuff and was rejected, then was asked for a pic ID. Ok so then I ordered 500$ worth of stuff and it was stolen immediately within 1 hour of delivery. They offered no help and immediately fought trying to say I stole it.

After that they allowed me to get stuff but not at my residence because it was high risk. So finally got some metals after 3 tries and then go to order more and get rejected again with no explanation.

Keep in mind this is 2 month process, others have had good with them but for me I will NEVER BUY AGAIN.

Better to support your local shops

20 coins missing from 100 dollar face value bag of 90 percent silver quarters. It was also shipped loose not in rolls, This alone throws red flags if you cannot immediately assess what you have properly! There was no help from management whatsoever. I warned them that they had somebody very dishonest working for them. This doesn't really surprise me now that I am reading the Google reviews. I gave them every opportunity to fix the problem.
On top of all this the ceo of bullion exchanges Mr. Eric Gozenput gets so mad at the Google review I left about the situation that he decides to leave my fathers pest control company a bad Google review saying "the owner is not trustworthy" without getting into detail on what made him not trustworthy. I suspect he thought I owned my father's business with whatever quick snooping he did! My father is currently seeking counsel over this very matter along with considering legal action. We documented everything. That being said the ceo is a bully and I still say there is thief in his shipping department somewhere. I hope this helps someone not make a bad decision, Buyers Beware!

Purchased from them several times. All good until you have a issue then they turn into the worse experience ever. Will never admit fault even when they are given info that directly points at them.

Very deceptive practice. I ordered 10 Silver 1oz American Eagle and the sent me 5 ea American Eagle and 5 ea Boston tea party 1773 they sealed and cover 5 of them I didn't notice it was different. It was over 14 days and they won't replace it anyway please check all you shipment and don't trust this company I don't want this to happen to anyone.

TOTALLY SCAM. CAN'T PROCESS PAYMENT VIA CREDIT CARD - YOU HAVE TO MAIL THEM AN ACTUAL CHECK. NOT A REPUTABLE SELLER BUT A SMALL TIME B. S. ARTIST. THREATENS TO CHARGE 10% FOR CANCELLATION BUT I DON'T SEE THAT MENTIONED ANYWHERE ON MY ORDER FORM. BUY ELSEWHERE!

I am very impressed with Bullion Exchanges. I was so pleased with how my 20 Sunshine Mine Rounds were packaged. Also, the price was excellent for these rounds. Don't buy from these people I bought monster box of silver and they shipped it FedEx it got missing they were not help in trying to find it i had to run down FedEx myself to find out what happened to it. Found out it was stolen and they emailed a confirmation that FedEx was taking responsibility for package that has been over two weeks. They wouldn't refund my money said they were re shipping it and I am still waiting on my silver it has been over 4 weeks. Customer service sucks.

Worst company to buy gold! After they are holding your funds 10 days! They cancelled and return your money, check these scammers *******@bullionexchanges it's a joke

BEWARE unethical seller. This is the second time they have cancelled my Ebay order when the cost of gold/silver has gone up after my purchase. Then they held my money for 5 days before refunding. Obviously, they should not be offering a product at a price they are unwilling to honor.

That was the worst shopping experience I have ever had! That company is totally dishonest. They took my payment from my debit card and over a week later when price of my order has gone higher on the market I have received an email that there is a problem and have been canceled.
After contacting them I got the lamest excuse from the poor rep reading from transcripts, excuse that was totally bogus, purely intelligence insulting.
I am beyond disappointed insulted and upset. Company playing with customers and peoples money shouldn't be allowed to be in business. My money were out of my account in minutes, will see when they will at least return them as I am already in loss... of funds and time.

Buy at your own risk. I would rate this 0 stars if I could. I bought an item from them on eBay and they canceled the sale right after the price went up. This is a scam artist business. If you enter a binding agreement you should ship the item to the buyer. If the prices of gold went down, they would still expect me to pay. So I still expect them to ship my product. If you want a better transaction look at pretty much any other bullion dealer as these people will not play by the rules.

I was a fool not to check the ratings because other people have had similar complaints. If you give them money, they should ship the item as agreed upon. To do otherwise, is a huge scam. So be aware that they may take your money, hold it for a week or so, and then decide not to ship you the item you agreed to buy.

They have great service & prices. I like the products offered, and their website is very user friendly.

All my transactions have been flawless. Customer support is superb, shipping is fast, and products come exactly as described! Love all the coins and bars i've bought from Bullion Exchanges!

Have had several orders through the years. Never had this much trouble waiting for them to ship. The money was transferred on the day of the order, it should take maybe 2-3 business days to clear and that is the max time. Usually that same day or the next. I'm on business day 8 and they finally acknowledge getting payment! That mean they have been sitting on the money for an extra few days getting the interest from it. I also now expect they over sold and are waiting for product so they can ship.
Hopefully, it arrives in one piece but based on other reviews I suspect they have gone downhill in both service and business practices. What used to be one of the places I checked will now be a don't bother. There are better dealers out there.

Very good pricing but if you order & pay via echeck expect to wait up to 3 weeks for shipment delivery. Very slow compared to JM Bullion or SD Bullion.

The details of my experience is this company has sent me 2021 ASE with milk spots without a reduced price. I understand they can milk spot over time but they all arrived this way. They also have not replied to my email. My thinking is that they are sending these out for online purchasers and keeping the better ones for in store. Just a reminder that crooks are still out there. If you want to buy some brand new 2021 silver ASE with milk spots that have not been reduced then this store is for you. Also, if you like companies with crummy customer service then look no further.
