Bumper Superstore

I purchased a bumper to the tune of $2500. I had to wait for the bumper to be built. Once the bumper was completed, Bumper Superstore refused to pay the manufacturer (I paid Bumper Superstore when I ordered). Three months later, I am having to go through the whole process of doing a chargeback on my credit card. It is likely that I'm going to have to wait for this bumper to be built all over again. Dealing with.Bumper Superstore has been nothing but a giant headache. Stay away, far, far, away!

Your website wouldn't accept my payment by card that is good. Your website said info I provided was incorrect. I checked and resubmitted three times. No problem on my end and I despise PAY [Pal because they support violent racist and Fascist domestic terrorists who are burning our cities and murdering Americans. I only still had my PP account because I haven't got around to closing it. I don't conduct business with traitors.

I ordered a new bumper and used the add-on feature (fog lights, shackles, shackle isolators and a bolt on 2" receiver). I paid around $1700 for the package and I placed the order last year around July (2022). It is mid-October 2023 and I am still waiting on a shackle. They originally sent 1 shackle and I ordered "a Pair of Shackles" on their site. At first they made me take a picture of the package to show I only received one shackle. Then they said they would order it. Every few months I would call and they would give me the run around. Eventually they said it was on back-order. This has been going on for the past 11 months now. Their customer service is horrible. I still don't have a resolution.

Poor communication, nothing on website regarding astronomical freight charges, lady was so rude! Called me this morning and cancelled my whole order and said the bumper wasn't in stock! I emailed several times and called several times. When I start pressing about my order, this is what I get. Ordered and paid for a bumper. $2000! And they can't manage to cover freight. There is nothing on their site saying they only cover $100 of freight! Just a big joke! Go somewhere else because this place doesn't care!

Ordered a front bumper for my 2020 Ram had a great deal and web site said it was in stock. Made order and waited for shipping conformation never received and called multiple times finally being told should hear something in a week. Week goes by NOTHING! Call again and told don't have said item would have to wait another week for another vendor to get it in stock. This company already took payment and now are trying to get out of selling me the item at the price agreed at purchase. Buyer beware

I ordered a DV8 Hardtop for my daughter's Jeep on February 20,2022. For the next 12 months i received updates stating there was manufacturing delays and no delivery timeframe. By June of 2023 we gave up hope and asked for a refund. They were polite and stated it would take up to 10 days to credit our account. Week after week we checked back in to see where our credit was. By August a service rep notified us that they needed to issue a check and that the company just updated their accounting systems and they could not tell us when it would be returned. By September we received a note that a supervisor thought they would issue a check on September 28th and to keep are fingers crossed (are you joking). It is now mid October, no check, same excuses from retailer and now we have turned to an attorney and the better business bureau to seek a remedy. I wish no one ill will and take no pleasure in writing this. However, I do not want any others to have the experience with this Company. Buyer beware!

Ranch hand makes a good bumper for the money, but it could have been more plug and play. Electrical connectors, license plate lights, and frame mount bracket could have been more specifically designed to patch the o.e.m. bumper.

My bumpers got here faster then I thought they would and they were in mint condition 10/10 would oof my paycheck again

I had to fabricate brackets for the light bar in the middle because it wouldn't fit even tho it was one of the ones the company recommended.

This was not my first purchase from the bumper super store, my experiences have been very positive in price, communication, and delivery, would not hesitate to recommend or buy from again. Price was what first attracted me with free shipping, then the ease of ordering followed by dependable shipping. Wish all my transaction were this easy! A BIG thumbs up! Thanks! Call on the 27 of Dec to return the parts. Have them in the box they came in. Call for a return, wanted picture of the label box. I sent in ten minutes of the call. They need approval form Body Armor. Still waiting for the return label. When companies take my money quickly but won't return it just as quickly. I will not buy from this company again The Webb picture shows the hold bumper but it was only the 2 end pieces order ******* item *******w

I can't speak highly enough of the exceptional service I received from this website. Every interaction, from navigating their user interface to completing my purchase, was marked by a level of convenience that's truly praiseworthy.

Shipping was fast. Arrived with a yellow paint mark on the passenger side of the bumper. Looks like it might have hit a pillar that was painted yellow before it was wrapped and shipped. No damage to the powder coating just and ugly yellow stripe that won't come off.

I ordered a bumper for my Honda Pioneer. The website did not say that the bumper was out of stock. Two days after ordering I received a phone call stating that they were 3 weeks out from shipping. Three weeks went past and no bumper so I emailed them and they said it would ship out that week. The end of the week I emailed again for an update with no reply. After calling numerous times I finally was able to talk to a person and was told they would email an update on my order. Later that day I received an email stating that they were 7-10 days from shipping. Now I am 5 weeks out from ordering and the bumper has yet to ship. Will update when the bumper ships.
UPDATE:
Finally received my bumper. It took 6 weeks instead of the original 3 weeks but it's here.

The body shop that received and installed the brush guard said there was a scatch mark on it but they fixed it....no problem...

Received the item quickly, Packaging and shipping was excellent! Product was built with an error in the assembly (Read, not . I have NOT(for over 8 days now) been able to get a response from Bumpersuperstore customer service in reference to this issue.

so far everything was quick and easy. Would have liked to see more pictures or different angles but a quick google search handled that. I guess well see how the delivery goes and quality of product before i score any higher.
