Truly brilliant, got in touch to ask about advice re if I should purchase and deliver a few days before valentines in order to let them bloom before giving them, adjusted delivery times and addresses for me in a very prompt manner and just all round brilliant service, name checking Flair in particular. She even spotted the replacement address I had given didn't match the postcode and adjusted it before I realised
I'm lost for words with the flowers my friend received, the picture on the website showed a beautiful array of Iri's and Freesias so thought I would go large as they looked so beautiful. The flowers she received however were absolutely nothing like the picture, to be honest I've seen better on peoples headstones. No arrangement whatsoever, very very disappointing. Please please read these reviews before you order from this Company. They are an absolute rip off!

My eldest son, a nurse bought me a bunch of flowers for Mother's Day from this company. They arrived five days early in a half dead condition. The roses, carnations and other flowers are browning at the edges and the foliage has been ripped from whatever tree /bush it had come from, consequently the bark /stem was split up the sides. There was an ominous smell of rancid flower water coming from the pot and the stems of the flowers. Quite honestly you can pick up a better bunch with more life in it from Aldi's bargain bucket. Don't waste your hard earned money on buying from this company. Unfurtunately I had to tell my son about it so it spoilt his surprise and my Mother's Day which is still two days away. DONT BUY THEIR cr*p

Won't be any use now they will all be dead
Won't ever use this comany again other more reliable companies out there doubt they will even acknowledge the compliant from what I've read in previous reviews wish I'd read them before opting to use this company! Unreliable
Shocking service. Orders flowers on the 23rd to be delivered in the 27th, paid 24hr tracked Royal Mail delivery, at 16:30 on the 28th it's still not delivered and on contains Bunches, their very casual response is, delivery is not guaranteed, 'it's in our T&C's'. When going through times of their emails regarding delivery, my order was only sent out to RM after 8pm the night before it was supposed to be delivered! Disgusting people, I would suggest finding a real company to deal with.

I ordered flowers for my cousin's 80th birthday in good time for delivery. When I asked for confirmation of receipt I was told that Royal Mail had lost my order. A replacement order was subsequently sent out this time by courier which hopefully will arrive this time but the actual birthday has now passed and the element of surprise lost. I would definitely not recommend using this company. You might as well put budding flowers in a box and post them off yourself.
Far from satisfied with both the flowers and the customer service. I ordered the Rhubard and Custard letterbox flowers as a birthday gift, and when receiving the photo a few days after they 'bloomed' - and I was appalled. What my mum received did in no way compare to the display on their website - I could have bought a higher quality bouquet in a shop for half the price I paid. The photos on their website are false advertising. I made a complaint and spoke to one of the representatives and they were in no way sorry for the disappointment caused or held themselves accountable for the poor quality of product, despite showing them photos. The line was 'I'm sorry you feel that way.' As a first-time customer, I am very disappointed with this service and won't be returning and will not be recommending Bunches to anyone else. Expect your £25+ bouquet of flowers to look £3-4. Very poor indeed.
I received the Cheese Plant from my sister as a gift today and it was terribly packaged. Firstly, the box it arrived in was oversized and no labels outside to let the courier drivers know which way up it should be handled. Secondly, inside the box, the plant was lying down on it's side and not upright which caused most of the soil to fall out along with a few broken and torn off leaves. I've ordered many indoor plants in the past from various websites and have never ever received a plant in this state with poor packaging.
Received a bouquet of flowers from Bunches late Thursday. Sunflowers stocks, yellow roses and a moth!
Flowers looked wilted on arrival, roses has dropped Friday, stocks had withered up the stems. Saturday sunflower petals were turning black.
I followed their instructions, cut off stems at base, flower food and fresh water. All we're dead by Saturday. Impossible to complain as they were a gift on my retirement. Please avoid this company you will only be disappointed.
Not good at all, never arrived on selected date & customer service is appalling. No humility or even a sorry just a "as long as it's there within 3 days" job. With lockdown I needed flowers for a sad occasion but it was ruined by Bunches customer service. Don't be fooled by the price there's a reason spend more & get better.

What a bad service and company! I placed an order from bunches and then after I paid my order I never heard back from them and I started to investigate what happened to my order. They only came back and said the address is not registered but the place the order meant to go is very knowledge fashion brand in Guildford Friary shopping centre. I kindly asked my refund and their customer service has some sort of excuse the address is not correct which is a correct address. Anyway never order them again and i never recommended that company. Not a reliable customer service.

I ordered a grande bouquet for a friend and this is what she received. Bunches advertise their 'grande' bouquet at approximately 20 stems. When I emailed to complain I was told they couldn't see how many stems there were, that there may be less flowers as some might be expensive, and that the bouquet might look different in a few days. You're having a laugh!
Very disappointed with the quantity that i was sent, some broken/damaged. Advise - get some from a supermarket where they're half the price and have higher quality and quantity.
Don't touch them. My friend probably spent a lot of money on their flowers and they're rubbish. A few freesias and some roses. The roses are supposed to be in bud. Fully opened. Look horrible. Waste of money
Ordered what looked like a beautiful bunch. Even in bud the delivered order looked pitiful. Attached website photo and photo of what was sent.
Received these as a birthday gift, what a total mishmash. Looks like a bunch of flowers from a garage. They have just put any old flowers together, no colour co-ordination or attention to detail. Red, peach, cerise and purple! I'm no florist, but I have put together better arrangements myself.
They look nothing like anything on their website.
Please don't waste your money at Bunches or that's what you will get, a hastily put together ‘bunch' of left overs.

If you expect your flowers to be delivered on time or before a special occasion even if you order in advance don't bother using bunches. When I made a complaint that my mum's flowers arrived after her birthday their response was I could have opted for guaranteed delivery date. I was given the option of a delivery date, which I selected and paid for but there were no other options therefore one would assume this would be guaranteed. Better to use a local flower delivery company or interflora who use local florists. Thoroughly disappointing that my mum thought I had forgotten her birthday. I would not use bunches again, their flowers also were not amazing to compensate for the late delivery.
The flowers were ordered to me by my elderly mum (order placed by my stepdaughter). Delivered wilted and falling apart. Complained and got sent a replacement bouquet. Completely different and size wise worth £5 maybe £8 max. This time they were fresher but for one rose, one carnation, one other flower and some foliage hardly worth £25. As a receiver both times I was very disappointed!
The original bouquet was ordered cos it contained freesias- there were 3 x really wilted freesias in it and the replacement had non at all. Stay away from this company if you don't want to disappoint your loved one!
Can't access my account - ridiculous. Won't accept my log in details...goes round & round with code. Doesn't show my orders. On telephone contact, said I didn't use appropriate method for ordering!? I used the site. Terrible time waster.A shame - used in past, no problem.
Tip for consumers:
Only use if don't need to check order - nice products.

Wrong bouquet sent with stems that were black, rotten and covered in mould on receipt. Awful. See photos attached.
These 2 pics cost £74 with a courier delivery that was the post office and one had to be picked up... yes got a discount so cheaper, my partner's sister thought the red ones were a joke present...
Previously used and was happy for my mother of whom recommended them
Order no ******* and *******
The freesia were delivered in time for mothers day. Lovely surprise. They were in bud and seemed fresh and well packaged. After two days they are in full bloom and I love them. Very extravagant for my daughter to buy me these I am very lucky.

I ordered a plant for a birthday present and when it arrived, it was very dry. I tried complaining and was told to water it, how rude. I was also told to keep an eye on it and send an image if it didn't improve, Disgusting, will not be using them again
Tip for consumers:
My tip is, Don't bother
