Kudos to Eric Peterman. He is quick to respond to questions and did his best to help us get our needed products. When there was something he could not get for us, he gave us ideas on where to look for it ourselves. Great service.
Could not log on; "forgot password" feature didn't work; online chat with your associate, said I'd hear back on password reset; never did; created new account; transaction declined first few times; was about to go to other vendor. Process hardly could have been worse.

Received the wrong item. No attempt by the company to get me the correct item. Bait and switch shipping and now I know bait and switch on the item as well. No resolution plan was presented to me. Absolutely no desire to satisfy the customer or rectify the situation. Huge mistake on my part to order from Burkett.
Corey William is an amazing rep. He helped us with our last purchase months ago. I reached out to him via email and he was very quick to respond. He is always upbeat and provides the info and options I need to place an order for my restaurant.

I had tried to order a gas griddle through amazon.com and had ALOT of issues so I called Burkett directly and was connected to COREY who helped me with my sale. Not only was he efficient and made the entire ordering process simple and quick, he was such a pleasant and friendly person to talk to. In this day and age when you get automated systems for everything, it was a pleasure to actually get, not only a human being, but such a friendly person, on the other end. So today's experience was not only good because of the efficiency but also because of the personal customer service. THANKS COREY!!
I contacted your business about a refrigerated sandwich prep. Your sales representative, Corey, was extremely helpful in assisting me on my purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the different brands and helped me to pick the one that would best suit my needs. Unit arrived at our business withing 3 days!! I would highly recommend your business to anyone looking to purchase equipment.
The item description says it comes in "Zipper OR Velcro", how do I make sure that the times I get are the ZIPPER kind? There wasn't an option during the purchase process to leave a note or select a specific version of the item. Just to be clear, I want the zippered option.
Website easy to use. Best price I could find. Shipping is not free but product and shipping still lower than ebay.

Thank you for all of your help. I was working with another company in Salt Lake for the past 3 weeks. I was still waiting for answers on when the sink and 8' tables could be delivered. I was calling them every other day to try and get some answers. Still have not received any. I was on the phone with you for less than 5 minutes and you had all of the information for me. So thank you for being very efficient and knowledgeable. If we need equipment in the future we will be reaching out to you.

I called Burkett's customer service line with a special request on an order I was placing online. Corey William, the Account Representative, was professional in handling the call. He listened to my request and was very understanding of the need. After a brief hold, he came back on the line, took the order and was able to fill the special request. Burkett's pricing was better than any other store, both local and online. And they were able to provide a savings that other retailers refused. When a company takes the time to understand a customer's needs, they show a strong desire to provide a very high level of service and a belief in customer retention. Well I have ordered quite a bit of equipment with Erica, she is very professional on what her job requires, I say if you want quality equipment, used or new, at a reasonable price, contact Erica , she will help you in any way possible with any questions on equipment, she follows up with her sales after the sale to make sure all has arrived and in one piece, that's service I say.
I have ordered many times with this company and have always been completely satisfied with the equipment and customer service!
Pretty easy good prices! But I would have liked more of a description of the product because I'm nervous it won't be everything I need.

Found exactly what I was looking for, at a competitive price. Shipped quickly. Had to add lift gate service onto our delivery and the customer service rep, Erica, was prompt, polite, and efficient. No hassles.
Wesite shipping options do not work. thus restricted to only 1 which says "Freight to Business"!! This despite I was told by some one in sales

i was apprehensive as the web page did not indicate approximate date of delivery. I need this sink ASAP and cannot wait two weeks for it. It would have been nice to know when this would be delivered before I click the button to place the order.
My first impression when I concluded the online purchase was "Easy process and very reasonably priced."
The rest was very painful. Despite repeated requests for notification upon shipment, none arrived. When I found out the package was on its way to be delivered to an empty destination, I asked for a delay to a better date. Then I had to battle with FedEx for an acceptable time. This was a disappointment from both the vendor and FedEx.
Quick and easy ordering. I was really pleased with the follow up call personally from Cory. And he offered to handle any other orders I may have. I will certainly let him know when I need future items. Great service!!
The only issue was the item arrived 2 days later than the tracking specified. It sat for 2 days 10 miles from my business
