Poor service from their staff, good at undervaluing their customers. Lack of communication, rude answers to questions list goes on really

Finally got my boots, so all good now. Just takes time. Quality seems fine.
They have a better contact page too now.

Totally suspect. I've just made a purchase and created an account with them but there are no email confirmations and no way to contact them.
Lets see if these uggs arrive or not.
Update January 13th:
I have been charged on my credit card but have still not received the boots yet. Very disappointed.
I have the same problem. Money is paid 21 January, but there is no confirmation from the site. I wrote tham, but there is no answer.
