Ordered $125+ worth of product 3 weeks ago. Have not heard ANYTHING from this company regarding my order. Then, after 2 weeks I get an email saying they are out of stock on the product I ordered. It's been a week and still no refund. I have emailed them countless times and have never gotten a reply. Very bad unprofessional company. I have filed a complaint with my bank as well as the Better Business Bureau. These idiots know NOTHING about customer service!

We purchased a large order from candystore.com to use for our business in November, its now the end of January and they never shipped the order, despite charging us the day the order was placed. Ive also tried to email them several times with zero response. What a shady terrible company, dont waste your money!

I purchased an order needed for a children's event. Website states "normally ships in 2 business days". I have yet to receive confirmation of shipping with tracking. Emails and phone call not responded to. I now have to scurry around to obtain fall based theme chocolates for a children's community event. Shame on you Candystore.com. But shame on me, I should have read reviews before my purchase as your lack of good business practices seems to be common place for your business. I will contest the charges on my credit card. Would give you zero stars but I need to rate at least 1 star to post this review.
Garbage, never received product, or return emails or phone calls. Reported the fraudsters. Sad they are in business.
Bought 3 boxes of candy to justify the $10 shipping. They sent 1 box only which amounted to 41% of the cost as shipping. The items I actually ordered were out of stock. No help from customer service.

As others have mentioned in their reviews stay far away from this company. I ordered a couple of bulk candy items, payment went through and was informed I would get a confirmation email with my order number and details. Email never came. I received a package 2 days later with only 40% of my order in it. I have reached out multiple times for answers as to where the rest of my order was, why I didn't receive a confirmation email or order number and whether I can receive a refund. No answer. Not one email back, not one customer service rep to speak to. I have sent over 10 emails with no response, at this point they have scammed me out of over $70 that I have no recourse to get back.
The first time I ordered chocolates I received my shipping confirmation email and the package was shipped in a whit box lined to keep the frozen pouches cool to prevent melting. The 2nd time I ordered chocolates I had to contact to ask for shipping confirmation email and when my order arrived it was packaged poorly. The chocolates were thrown in a regular box with some paper shoved in and poorly taped shut. Needless to say my chocolates were deformed. I also sent Ginger an email about this and got 0 response. I will never order from CandyStore.com again!

I spent $149. On candy sticks for my just getting started business. Most of them came broken. They weren't just broken in half, some were in fourths. I emailed them with no response. I did a follow up email with no response. This is a huge disappointment of a business.

Items came in a bigger box so the smaller boxes were sliding around inside like crazy.

After two separate orders for candy for grandkids…NO candy or response to numerous emails. They said tracking number to follow that was 12days after order and still NO way to find out if candy even exists. Terrible company.

Received hard candy that had clearly been stored in very hot conditions as it had deformed, and didn't taste right. Customer support agent Ginger seems to be of the opinion that defective candy doesn't exist. Refuse to take returns and will ignore refund requests. Wish I had never heard of them, they have low prices but you get what you pay for.
First of all, I had to search google in order to write a review. This business will only post positive reviews and makes it nearly impossible to provide a negative public opinion. Ginger and Nicole are terrible and can not help in anyway. Instead of answering your question or helping you, they go on the defense. They also don't know the difference between an order number and a tracking number. I had to call and ask for confirmation emails and tracking information and was connected to someone in PA who couldn't help at all. After calling, emailing and contacting them via website, I still wasn't provided with a receipt or shipping information. (Their contact info isn't accurate and it's misleading.)
In addition, this website is full of pictures and brands of candy for sale that are mostly all out of stock. I ordered 5 candies and got an email three days later that two of them were out of stock even though the website showed a different picture. They are not up to date with their website or inventory. Customer service is non existent. I was initially very impressed immediately after my order. That quickly changed. The sad part is that in order for the public to see this they will have to do an intense search to find the bad reviews.
I would never, ever recommend this business to anyone, especially if you need candy for an important event or if it is time sensitive. This business literally did 9 out of 10 things wrong and didn't even follow their own directions or promises.
Piece of advice: after they screwed me, I found what I was looking for on amazon (in stock, *surprise*) several dollars cheaper and had it delivered the next day. Save your time, money and most importantly your energy. A feeble minded monkey could run a better business.
(Note: I don't ever write reviews. This took a lot for me to not say terrible things about these people.)
We have ordered from the candy store for three years. The candy ordered from their advertisement picture is not what we received. We ordered flat square Not barrel bulky candy chocking hazard candy. This company has become difficult they have blocked communication with me over my refund. NO other way to contact them.
Ginger told me to return the order send the tracking information if the order arrives not opened I would get a refund. Ginger sent refund immediately on tracking information days before inspection of the candy.
The refund was only for the candy not the shipping cost to me or the return shipping costs total for both $49.39 more than the order it self. This wasnt what we ordered now she blocked us no other way to get our refund.
If we were aware the shipping costs would not be refunded this matter would have been handled differently.
