I was able to easily contact a service rep who helped me select the correct part. They also provided helpful information about their fulfillment policies for determining the appropriate shipping speed. This was a critical part of our production system, and they saved us valuable time. I would highly recommend this vendor!
This transaction took way too long. Someone changed the digits on the address, so it was at first undeliverable. I had to call to find out where my meter was, when I was told that it had been returned, Then it took way too long to get it sent back out with the proper address, and then I still did not get it, and found out that the US postal service wanted me to pick it up at the Post Office.

Everyone I encountered throughout the course of my transaction was kind and accommodating. My order was handled immediately, and when I realized I needed another part shortly after ordering it was added to my original shipment. Unfortunately the part I initially received malfunctioned, but they helped me troubleshoot and ultimately secure a new part and a refund for the first one. I will absolutely do business with Cannon Water again.
Cannon Water has a variety of good products at very good prices, and their sales folks are very knowledgeable. I don't understand why a public entity, a sub-division of state government, cannot open an account.
I have a 24/7 Peristaltic doser programmable. Needed the 1/4" silicone tube that wears out eventually.

I had the part number I needed but your search bar would not come up with the part I needed. I had to call customer service to get to the correct page to purchase my product. Seems like it should be a simple process but it wasn't.
When I spoke with the salesperson, hex was very knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations. I went online to purchase, and made a small error ordering an accessory for my sand separator. They were quick to help me exchange it, and went out of their way to make sure I got everything I needed.
I ordered a supply of BioRooter from Cannon Water. The order was efficiently fulfilled. No issues with the order and the price was reasonable. I thought I would be able to find the product closer to home(I am in WA State) but evidently it is a semi-specialty product, so I am glad that they supply it.

There was no problem ordering the parts. The shipping charges were calculated at the time of sale and paid prior to shipping. With no mention of brokerage fees. When the parts were delivered at door I owed as much for brokerage as what the parts were worth. There was no mention by the company that brokerage fees were extra...
Hi Brian, I am sorry you are frustrated with having to pay brokerage fees on your recent transaction. At this time we do not have an easy way to calculate those fees automatically. We do state this on our shipping policy located at the bottom of every web page on our site. In the future we suggest that you call us to order by phone. We can us the US Postal Service to deliver to you and have them calculate the brokerage up front so you do not have to deal with another bill.
