I ordered two products at a different time. They both came in perfect condition. Picture quality was amazing. The items arrived even earlier than the expected delivery time and packaged very well. Wonderful service with high-quality products. I will order more in future... Highly recommended!

When I tried to get this simple problem takin care of He basically told me tough, and wouldn't respond to any emails. Luckily I paid through PayPal and filed a dispute. He finally contacted me and replaced canvas. He turned an easy fix into a big haste. Will never use them again!

Ihave ordered canvas prints from Best Canvas and Canvas People in the past and have been extremely satisfied with the products I've received. I tried Canvas Bees only because they had a BOGO offer and am exceptionally DISAPPOINTED! The resolution is awful, the prints much darker than they appeared when done by other canvas suppliers, and the shipping took longer than anticipated. I would NOT recommend them
The "Manager" is terrible. He will not help you solve issues that were made in mistake; Every time! You call or email; it either takes 30 min to get ahold of 1 person or no one ever emails you back. It took me more than a month to receive because of an error that the company could have taken care of more quickly but refused to help, I had to do this on my own.
I will never order from this GUY again, waste of time and money.

My experience with CanvasBees was dismal. Their communication is non-existent with no response to email or phone calls. 3 weeks after the promised date my order was still not delivered. Only by filing a claim with PayPal was I able to recover my payment, and even then their response was a bogus attempt to excuse their blatantly amateur performance. I question the veracity of any positive review shown here. BUYER BEWARE!

I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing 2 prints from Canvasbees. Their work is subpar! The prints are so blurry. They don't even flag an image if it has low resolution. Also, one of my prints has a wrinkle down the middle. I've emailed 2x and called once. No response at all. Don't waste your money.
That are completely dishonest and fraudulent. I plan on contacting the New Jersey better business bureau. In effect stole my money for charging me to receive their screw up in the mail.
My expectations weren't high ordering from this company, simply because I operate on the mentality of "You get what you pay for." I did start to worry a lot, because I read the reviews after ordering from them, and as you read through these reviews, you'll see that the good ones are far and few between.
Here's my experience:
I ordered two small prints at the awesome price of $8 a piece! The $12.80 shipping is where they got me though. I ended up paying just under $30, but to be honest, that's the price one canvas print would've been elsewhere. So in retrospect, I saved a lot on this gift.
I was then given a confirmation of order email where I was given this exact statement on my order:
Your order will be delivered between May 18,2017 and May 22,2017.
Which turned out to be an estimate on when it'd be shipped out, because the subsequent email on it being shipped out was sent to me on the day it was supposed to be delivered.
But, I'm fairly easy going, so that actually did not bother me at all. However, maybe a suggestion on changing the word delivered between such and such date to shipped between?
Anyway, I received my package. The fault here lies with me. It was supposed to be shipped elsewhere, but that's okay. Not the company's fault. Nevertheless, the canvas prints came out beautiful. I was scared about the quality, because of the reviews, but I'm pleasantly surprised. I'm actually very satisfied with the product!
After waiting for 2 weeks for an answer, my order was late and my client was not satisfied and disappointed to find out that the order had not been shipped after 2 weeks, i tried to cancel the order and get a refund, but they refused to do it. I spoke to the manager who was very rude and said that he rather loose a customer than cancel the order. I order previously many times from them. GROSS!

Just an awful company. Extremely rude, passive aggressive man owns this company. They clearly do NOT care about return business. He gives appalling customer service and does not deserve your money. Go elsewhere.
Placed an order called immediately to make an adjustment. No one would answer the phone... On Hold for 30 Minutes,,, asked for a Supervisor... good luck with that one... Rude, unprofessional... what a mistake... I'm sure this isn't going to turn out good when I receive the order... DON"T ORDER HERE... There are too many other places you can go to... You been WARNED!
There is no way to contact customer service for any correction or mistake. When they were running a BOGO offer, I thought I placed an order for two of the same print and then typed in promo code. When I got the invoice it says one print and no discount. I immediately wrote an email to rectify and have since written 3 times -- no response. I've called customer service and left messages 3 times, again... no response. HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS. I saw no way to cancel an order even seconds after I ordered.
I mistakenly placed a 2 for 1 offer and realized i had not included the proper code.
I tried to call, email, and fax a cancell. Or sent seversl emails about the mishap eithin a minute of the order. They would not give me the 2for 1 price of even respond! There are many othe companies doing the same work that i will use in the future.
I was really nervous after reading all the bad reviews because I submitted my order before checking out any reviews and I basically thought I had just thrown away my money but to my surprise, everything arrived in a timely fashion and looks exactly as I would have hoped. I purchased four smaller canvases with the BOGO deal and so even with shipping it only cost around $10/canvas which is a crazy deal! Costco canvases start at $30 I'm pretty sure. All of the canvases kept the photos in line and I'm just really happy with the product. It sucks that others had bad experiences and because of that I guess I'd recommend not buying really large or expensive canvases through this company but for small ones when there's a deal this good, it's such a good deal the risk is worth it in my book, plus all four of my canvases turned out great!
After trying to respond to an email from Canvasbees through a phone number they left and an email address they left and never getting a response back from them, I called the main customer service number and the person was rude, would not allow me to talk to a manager and told me he would not help me! He wouldn't even let me complete a sentence before interrupting me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM for anything!
I ordered two canvases last month. When they arrived, the quality was very poor. The canvas was stretched too tight in some areas, too loose in others, causing it to bubble and distort the image.
It took multiple emails to even get a response from Customer Service. They refused to refund the order and instead said they would print the order again. I sent multiple emails saying that I wanted a refund since the event I ordered these for had already passed. They ignored those emails and sent the reprints anyway.
Very poor quality. Awful service. Would NEVER order from them again.
Read the other reviews and you'll see that everyone says the same thing. I made my purchase over a month ago and have not received my item. I wrote several emails to them and never got a reply. I even called them several times. The guy on the phone was very rude and refused to refund my order. He hung up on me several times saying I would never get my money back. I later filed a dispute with my credit card company and was able to get my money back. This is not a business, it's a scam!
Being able to judge size and shape with the sofa and person on the web site was great. Once received, the quality was as hoped for, and I felt the price reasonable.
It has been 8 days since I purchased and my items have not shipped. Customer service is a joke. You can't get a hold of anyone at anytime. I won't have a gift for my husband for Valentine's Day or a gift for my sister for her birthday. I regret purchasing from them and think everyone should avoid them. It's a waste of time and money.
The owner is not a good person, he blamed me for there misprint, then he wanted me to pay for the reprint. I ordered huge canvases of my children and at the bottom was a heart and a shopping cart! Even if I uploaded those pictures (which I didn't see on my side) where is the quality control department? Want who in there right mind would add that to a huge canvas without attempting to contact the customer for verification? He was so rude to me, I am going to make sure everyone sees these review on every outlet I can find.
I place an order and paid for 1 to 2 shipping. I live roughly 2 hours away from the business so it should have been 1 day, 2 days max. 4 days later, my order arrives. After no response from company, I called Fedex and complained. I paid for the faster shipping as this was a gift for my brother and nephew. Had to pay again to ship to his house since he was here for the holidays. Zero responses on the phone or email. Poor customer service. Prints were good, but i'll never order from here again. The kicker was the phone call with Fedex. I paid for faster service, and was given the saver option which is basically the free option.
COMPLETE LACK OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND SERVICE. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. NO ONE RETURNS CALLS. NO ONE RETURNS EMAILS. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST. IT'S A COMPLETE DEAD END. IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUE YOU CAN FORGET GETTING IT FIXED. MY PRINT ARRIVED DAMAGED AND NO ONE WILL ADDRESS IT. I HAVE NOT SPOKEN TO A HUMAN HERE BECAUSE THEY NEVER ANSWER OR CALL BACK. (Caps on purpose because they suck so bad!). People rating better than 1 star on here got lucky or are company shills. There are a lot more bad reviews than good ones. Do yourself a favor and don't gamble with your art with this horrible company.
The quality of what I received was un-usable - totally did not look like what I sent them and the picture was mounted crooked on the frame. 2 emails - no response. Called - all 4 phone prompts - no response - goes immediately to voicemail. Been over a week - not one call or email returned. This was to be a special gift - they now have my money and I have no gift. Bad business - stay away. A business is not measured by when things go well, it is measured by how they treat customers when they dont.
In January of this year I placed an order. I was told I would receive a proof to approve/ not approve before the order would be created/ shipped. I did not approve the proof and the order was shipped. I called to make the return and was told I didn't have to send the items back but I would get a refund. It's been almost 60 days of ongoing emails with the company promising a refund and that someone would get back to me with no resolution. I have documented emails of a non-approved proof and promised refund and phone records I will be submitting to the credit card company dispute. I am sorry that it has come to this and wish the company could have come to a resolution with me. If you are looking to order prints from a company who is easy to get in contact with and responds to questions/ gives proofs, etc I would not recommend Canvasbees.
I placed an order for two canvases. There were errors in the original order to include billing. The customer service representative was eager to resolve the issue, immediately refunded the overcharge, and sent two new canvases. The final products were lovely and met expectations, however the customer service was exceptional and the real win in the purchasing experience.
