Despite the fact I gave them all my correct info, they sent me the wrong key fob and after asking twice for the correct info, they have not replied to me. Poor service and I am disputing the charge based on false advertising.

I recommend paying up for a factory key fob. We had batteries die quickly and they would not replace a faulty fob (opened car, but did not start car after 3-4 month) because it was past the 90 day warranty. Will never buy again from them. Very disappointed. Purchased in December, broke in March. I tried to upload a screen shot of my order, but this site says it needs to be 300 x 300 pixels and I'm not sure how to make it that size.

Key and fob came quickly but getting someone to program the fob is another story. Calling the auto key locksmiths for a 2018 Buick Regal Tour X, did not inspire any return calls. I ended up buying another key and the programming from Ace hardware, who would not program anyone else's key fob. Same key and fob as what I bought from the dealer, but there are two steps to the process and the second one is out of the company's control.

Saved about 70 bucks by taking purchased remote to locksmith instead of buying from a dealer. It was also about 25 dollars less programed with the entry door key cut than if I purchased it from the locksmith. It works great.

I ordered two remotes for my 2004 Cadillac XLR. A Remote Driver 1 and a Driver 2 and they were shipped promptly and received today in perfect condition. Included in the package were instructions for the programming of the units. The young lady on the order desk was very helpful and the whole transaction was excellent. I bought a Tesla Model S key fob from them. I paid $100 thinking I would save $75 versus going to Tesla. I waited beyond my 90 day warranty to get it programmed. Tesla told me the remote was defective. I contacted Car and Truck Remotes customer service and they told me tough luck so I am out $100. I was hoping they would do the right thing but they failed. A warning to other potential customers.

Ordered Key from Canada gave them info for key. Ask dealer parts department for info of Key fob get MHZ from them also. Received key fob in two weeks. Checked internet how to program the key fob. Car and truck has it on their site. Took two minutes to program cost with exchange and shipping $60.00. The cost in Canada was $150.00 to $250.00 for key and to program. Went to a key specialist and they wanted $490.00. Car and Truck will go out of their way to help you Thanks Brian

You need to include better instructions. I bought the remote for my mom and she couldn't make out the information on the receipt.

This company is absolutely amazing. Their personal touch customer service is outstanding. I ordered a key from their site, and when it arrived I took it to the dealership to have it coded to my truck. The dealership stated they were able to code it but the code would not remain. I made contact with Car & Truck and they replaced it right away! Received the second key and had no problem!

I gave them the proper info for my 2012 expedition max. They sent keys that looked correct. I got them cut and had the locksmith try to program them. Didn't work. Went to Ford. They couldn't get them programmed either. Carandtruckremotes could offer no advice other than pay for the shipping twice to get them returned for a refund. They didn't try to troubleshoot at all. Don't waste your time and money. You are better off just buying the real deal to start with. Locksmith told me they've had a lot of issues with these knock off keys from car and truck remotes and that even when they do work they don't last long. I wish I'd done more homework before buying.

Be careful of expectations if you choose USPS Priority Mail. For the extra $7.98 my parcel got to spend 3-4 days in Florida and was finally delivered on day 7.

The original yellow 2014 Honda Keyless Entry Remote Key rubber cover had worn to the point of falling apart. Goggling the rubber cover landed me on carandtruckremotes.com where I found the exact replacement in multiple colors. Our now purple rubber cover should keep the key staying functional and look like new.

Mine arrived for my 2020 Chevrolet Silverado truck, in a reasonable amount of time considering we live in central Canada and it worked perfectly as I was assured. The total cost was about 1/3 of the price I was quoted at the Chevrolet dealerships in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Remote wouldn't program to the car. Excellent locksmith said the remote was "bad." A lot of time and effort for nothing. They wouldn't even do an exchange because it was over 90 days. Buy from elsewhere.

We ordered a Fob for a 2015 Hyundai Sonata. The price was fair and it arrived in a timely fashion. I took it to a local locksmith who cut the key and programmed the fob in in less than 30 minutes. He charged us $125.00 and took the key from the broken fob and set it into a new grip and didn't charge us for it. All said and done I am a happy customer.

Bought a fob from them. The dealer - not just some locksmith - could not program it. I asked how to get a refund, never got an answer. I even sent them a nasty-gram saying, you do realize if you continue to ignore me, I will be posting bad reviews? Yeah, still haven't heard from them. Avoid business with this company.
