Today I visited the caratlane outlet at city centre Guwahati. It was my first time at caratlane, and I must say the shopping experience was gratifying.
The buying experience was enhanced because of excellent service by Sri Akhil Sharma. He took all efforts to find out the right combination I was looking for my daughter.
Certainly will shop in the future.

The products are really good, I just love to buy my products from caratlane. And I am fully satisfied.

At the Caratline Civic centre branch in Delhi, we exchanged some old jewelry and picked up several new pieces. When it came to entering the deal in their computer software it was a disaster. They could not manage their own sale system to account for the buying of gold and selling of jewellery because the system cannot accept different carats! Finally we learnt that their sale registration can only take 10 items max per invoice. So multiple bills required (penalizing us for buying too many ornaments). However it must be said that 5+ members who spent time to overcome their software issues did their best. A store handicapped by poor software and / or training in its use.

These are too tiny comparatively from the pic and price is double than from different places and they say that these and somexxxx class diamonds but these are not. I don't recommend this site. Also when I tried to take push for the back it's broke really I wasted my money….😡🤬🤬🤬

In the site by seeing pic I was like wow but these are not worth and these look like fake we can get better in claires 😀😀😀😀

I have been dealing with Caratlane from last 2-3 years now...but the service i got this time was super pathetic.

They have kept my diamond bracelet and its been more than 15 days now till now i have not got the exchange...they send me the message that the replacement item is out of delivery but that delivery never happened...I am chasing them on daily basis but all in vain.

Beware people...

I have ordered the ring 25 days before, they have canceled my order and not returned 500$ back. Very disappointing not responding to my calls.

The person is very kind and deliver the product on time as I told him, and the product is good as I was expecting

I am happy and I liked the jewelry. I have got jewelry in affordable prices. I have got much discount and this website is trustable and the service was also very good.

After my third purchase at caratlane, I finally decided to stop shopping from caratlane. They look beautiful but not meant for daily use or even occasional use for that matter. All three times the jewelry broke into pieces and when I aksed for return only after a week of use, they demanded a huge deduction in the cost I paid.
It's not worth it. Horrible experience. Even their customer care executives and cold and useless.

It was My first time i go with caratlane and purchase a jewellery Product from here ans Yes is quite amazing experinece and product is too Good i am happy with the Product and syed was the Guy from caratlane who helped me to Get a Good product from there.

We shortlised some mangalsutras and were confused. Manisha was very kind, helpful and patient.

Return process: If you want to return your ornament, and you have exchanged Gold while purchasing it, you will not get the amount of Gold you exchanged. Also, pending amount has deduction of making charges and taxes. Delayed delivery: I had ordered an ornament on 28th Oct 23 and it was expected to be delivered on 9th Nov. Now, on 8th Nov, I've received message from C'Lane that it will be delivered on 21st Nov. That's after Diwali! WTF!
