I spoke with a woman named Brittany when I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy one or not. She informed me that if I purchased it and turns out it was not the problem I could return it for refund that alone made me decide this was the company I wanted to do business with. I got my PCM very quickly I disconnected the battery to my Jeep took out old PCM put new one in reconnected battery my Jeep started up all my problems were fixed it runs like its brand new. I am very very happy

I am honestly surprised to read anything negative regarding Car Computer Exchange. After dealing with their competition, who really worked me over in every way, I decided to give them a chance. My Diesel went down unexpectedly and the local dealer told me I had to pay $4,700 to get back on the road and that would take about two weeks. Car Computer Exchange put me back on the road in less than a week for $1,200. I don't even know where to begin when considering how much money I could have lost being out of work an entire additional week. And I have a lifetime guarantee on their work. Based on my overall experience with them I cant imagine having to use it. They do it right the first time. I am sincerely thankful. Ashley took my order with respect and optimism. Don't believe their Google rating, it's false and generated by bots. Read their BBB file or Consumer Assurance. They have the lowest rating possible of 1 star. Most reviewers wished zero stars was an option! They sent me an ECM that was non functional and wouldn't communicate with a professional diagnostic tool at the dealership. It took months and when I finally got a refund it was for less than half. These people are theives!

Fast shipping, easy to work with, good price. I'm happy so far with my purchase. They have a great warranty.

So far so good, I've checked plug wires. Changed spark plugs. Waiting on a air/fuel module to get here later today. Have to check the cam and crank sent. Charging system is good, but will check it again. I'll have my old PCM in the mail Wednesday morning. That gives me a little time to check things.

Been dealing with car computer exchange since late october,after them sending 3 different ecm for my vehicle they all looked like they where pulled from yunk yard parts none of them worked like they said it would. After returning their bad parts back and requested a refund they are now refusing to talk to me about it they have not returned my email back to me regarding my refund they kep telling me to get ahold of billing department but nobody answered the phone for the department,,they do answer for new orders,,of course they answer to take your money but when it come to giving money back they do not want to talk to you nor do they want to help you out keep telling me they are not in billing department and they hang up on me telling me they cant help me with my refund,,after dealing with them for over 3 months they are all the same people working in that scam and for them to say they are not in billing department is a joke,, do not recommend using this place for your ecm repairs it a scam,,,,as of right now still have no answers to where my refund is,,they do the talk over the phone but they dont walk when it come to it,,hope this help you out,,do not use this company for your repairs its a scamm all the way...

I'm a truck driver so timing was everything. Got the TCM in, then I couldn't get back for another week to install. Vehicle is like new.

Great service, My issues have been corrected, no more service engine light, no more issues starting, now truck starts right up. I also replaced the battery with an interstate battery. Very happy as my problems have been solved

Dealing with this company was excellent. They went to extreme measures to find the computer that I needed.

Ordered ECM and was told it would ship in 48 hours. After 10 days item still not shipped and was given numerous excuses. After countless phone calls finally talked to someone who gave me another excuse. Told them to cancel my order and was hung up on. Made approximately 2 dozen calls and most of the time it seemed as if someone would pickup and then immediately hang up. A few times reached menu but when connected no one would answer. Finally reached someone who told me my ordered was canceled and refund would be issued. Still have not received refund so now have turned it over to payment insitution. When I did reach them they called me by name before I even told them who I was. This confirmed my suspensions about being hungup on or calls being unanswered. I also plan to file complaint with NC Attorney Generals office. This scam company should be prosecuted and put out of business.

When you follow the instructions that are included in the box,you will most likely find the reason your computer burned up in the first place.
Thoroughly check the sensors and systems that the computer is controlling.
Alternator,cam sensor,
crank sensor etc.
When I removed my alternator on my dodge van to have it tested as per the instructions included in the computer box,
I found my coil right behind the alternator.
It was completely rusted out.
I replaced it with a high end replacement.
Checked all of my circuits with the help of my dodge service manual,which I bought from ebay and installed the rebuilt computer.van started right up no check engine lights.
Runs perfect, no bus gone.

Needed a car ECM/PCM for my truck and found this company online. I ordered the part, gave my vin number and other important info and eventually the computer came in the mail and has been working since!

Horrible customer relations. I ordered a pcm, they took my money and never bothered to contact me. A week later I called, the guy that answered the phone acted as if I were an interruption of whatever he was doing. Needless to say, I immediately flagged the purchase on my card and they had the balls to ask me for a review. So here its.
