Their customer service is EXCELLENT, in every way shape and form. I particularly enjoyed working with Chris! He did an excellent job in keeping me posted about the progress of repairs. I also enjoyed listening to his Scottish accent!:-) I highly recommend Caliber for all of you car repair needs!

P&L has been doing body work in Rockford for many years and deserve their hard earned reputation. They did an excellent job restoring my Subaru after it was broadsided by a stop sign runner. Meticulous, careful work. Well done!

First impressions are important! Comparing the exterior areas at the garage uto other garage locations I had visited, I was immediately impressed. There was no lingering litter, no stacks of junk! It was pristine! Impressive.!
Equally impressive was the professional way my damage was thoroughly assessed, estimate written, date decided, and documents printed for my reference.
I delivered my car on the appointed day and picked it up on the third day just as promised.
Upon inspection of the damaged area, it was as if it had never happened.
Icing on the cake… They totally detailed my car inside and out. What a treat!

My Hyundai Santa Fe Sport had some serious front end damage from being backed into while parked.
Having worked with them in the past, decided use Mike's for photos, estimate for insurance and follow up with needed repairs. Was very happy when I was able to pick up my vehicle for It looked "good as new" and had been washed and vacuumed. It took a little longer than expected but it was well worth the wait!

Excellent service - rate 5 stars Were prompt and kept me up to date on progress. Car was returned in excellent condition and noted no hail damage was visible.

They quote you a price for a rental but after you pay and go pick up the car is going to run you a few hundred dollars more. And when you cancel they keep your money and refuse to refund you.

Caliber Collision on Coit road in Plano, tx has held my car hostage for almost 2 moths and my rep there Jahir is an unresponsive crackhead. No one from Caliber ever reaches out to me to give me status updates. I get automated texts telling me my car will be ready 9 times and it never is.

Nothing but solid, excellent service from Shannon and Ed at Jim Turner Chevrolet auto body shop in McGregor, Texas! These individuals were knowledgeable and professional. They had to work with 2 different insurance companies and did not stop until they got everything they needed to make our truck like new. They stayed in steady contact with insurance and did not mind us calling as often as needed to get updates. They explained and showed us everything that had been repaired when we picked our truck up. We will definitely return to this shop if the need arises. We will recommend this shop to anyone who needs auto body repair.

I recently was the victim of a hit and run. My insurance suggested classic collision in aloha as a place to fix my truck. I took my truck there he told me it would take a while because it covered and parts or whatever and we left it at that. About 2 weeks later I get a call saying that my truck had been fixed but that the mechanic had wrecked it on the way to parking it outside of the shop. There is no apology there is no hey sorry for the inconvenience just to hey we wrecked your truck again we're going to fix it and we'll call you when it's ready. A part of me really wanted to take it to a different shop have them scope out the damage and then you know go through this process again because I wasn't sure that they were telling the truth. But I went ahead and let them fix it and came to the shop and they said they had it done. Again no one apologized for the inconvenience or for the fact that they wrecked my truck. My truck was filthy on the inside and it had a horrible smell. I would send a survey a few days later to ask me what I thought of the experience. I responded to that survey about the same way I'm responding to this review right now. I went on carwise a week or so later to look at the reviews. It says there are no reviews done for classic collision aloha. Shame on you carwise and double shame on classic collision aloha. There website starts off with how important the customer is, bold face lie. I wouldnt have even been upset if they would have apologized. Terrible shop.

My experience with C. D. E Collision was very satisfying. They kept me in the loop concerning the expected time of the completion of repairs and even delivered sooner than expected. Their courteousness and help they included to help me contact the rental company for my rental car was also appreciated. They did all repairs to my present satisfaction.
