Bad service! I ordered two veils on September 5,2013 and I'm still waiting. I paid them with a personal check and it doesn't reflects on my account. The status order apears "pending money". I wrote them by email several times and sent a letter to their business address that reflects in their website. I don't know if they changed their address and telephone or simply, they are no longer exists. It is a shame because they have beautiful mantillas.
Many people have had problems with this site, and I am just another victim of these guys. I ordered 3 veils, with no delivery or any acknowledgement after the initial "thank you for your order." Many emails later, I received a wild story about family problems that prevented them from fulfilling my order, and they would get my order to me in 2 week. After MONTHS of emailing (and PayPal will not help after 45 days - I should have taken action EARLY), I finally received a "shipped" notification yesterday. Will I get what I ordered? Who knows. We will see in a week - I hope. After 5 months it would be a miracle to get my order!
