We here at RoofSmart Pads have been working with Ced Commerce and our online platforms for just over a month. We are incredibly pleased and highly impressed with the speed, professionalism, and understandability of their communication with us regarding our online and ecommerce presence/performance. They are available for you 24 hours a day as they have teams working around the clock so there's always someone to help you. They will set up a call with you and your team as often as you'd like. We usually are able to communicate by email though so we can take screen shots and have everything in writing to refer back to. All of the members of the team working with us take the time to send screenshots back, as well as the steps they've taken to correct any issues. They really do try to educate you along the way so that you can gain more control over your entire online existence. They give at least 2 very thorough written reports per month. You can schedule a call as I said earlier to go over the reports with them, if you prefer. Overall, we'd absolutely refer CedCommerce to any company looking to tighten up their online, ecommerce, and social media presence. We believe that you will be as thoroughly impressed with them as we are here at RoofSmart Pads.

I had an order made using this app in my Shopify store and the same order number was linked to 2 separate items. On Ebay it showed labradorite earrings on Shopify cedcommerce it showed iolite earrings both were showing to order placed by same customer. Both items were the same price.I sent both items in same package. Later Ebay says the order # was just. For the labradorite earrings. Cedcommerce got the items mixed up and I only received payment for whay Ebay showed. Do not waste your time with this app. I dont know if cedcommerce got the wrong item attached to the order number or if their app allowed someone to scam me. But beware of this problem or scam.

We purchased their Etsy connector for our BigCommerce store. It was difficult to implement and only got worse as we started to use it. Inventory did not sync correctly and we spent every morning on a chat with them while they tried to figure out what was broken. After about a month we decided to cut our losses and go with Sellbrite. Their support department was responsive and did fix a majority of the issues, but we were left with huge inventory issues.

I tried to install the Reverb Marketplace Integration, but it didn't work. That's fine, sometimes things don't work out of the box. So I opened up the chat support, they said the technical team would get back to me. I gave my email address, and waited. And waited. Followups on chat were dismissive, and my emails for an update were unanswered. After 3 weeks, I deleted the app, and left a bad review.
Within 24 hours a representative reached out. No explanations given. Obviously they care more about preserving their reputation than earning it with adequate service.

These folks know their way through all of the broken links, 404 error messages, and all of the usual SEO issues a company can potentially experience with their websites, social media accounts, ecommerce stores, online marketing, etc. They are prompt with their responses, and they actually walk you through any confusion you might have with your online presence issues. They are very professional and take the time to make sure you understand what they've done to clean up your online footprint.

Cedcommerce operates like a scam call center; the goal is to collect payments from clients and they don't complete any work or deliver results. It's an insult this company is associated with Shopify and still existing.

They charge me 680.00 for something I am not even using or signed up currently and wont refund my money. You can upgrade your plan anytime.

Your license has been expired 63 days ago. Kindly choose a plan for continuation.

I hired this company to perform social media advertising on Facebook/Instagram and organic advertising on Pinterest. When they look at the Facebook and Instagram setup, they tthretened me that I have made a serious mistake and messed up while setting up business advertisement account on facebook and instagram and I need to change it immediately. I knew it wasn't bad at all since I was advertising by my own before. Anyways, I gave this company a chance. We had several meeting to initially set up. The person in charge of Facebook/Instagram took so long to set it up like she has never done it before. Sometimes I had to wait like couple of hours which I was told it would take only 30 minutes initially. One time, she told me that she will set up a store in Facebook, so we had a meeting. It wasn't working, so she tried several things while I was looking at the screen. After an hour, she told me "the store isn't available in your country." She just wasted 1 hour of my time. If she was an expert, she should know if the store isn't available in my country or at least do some research before wasting her client's time.
I had some sales after hiring them. However, it wasn't enough for 4 months' worth of advertising $500 per months. I only had 7 total sales over the course of 4 months. I contacted the person who is in charge of this project and gave her a chance to solve the issue before posting this review. However, she kept blaming on me that my store has several issues and they did their best. I asked her "why didn't you tell me the issues earlier?" However, she has been ignoring me since. I realized that they did not stop the ads running until now and they did not notify about it, so I had to pay for advertisement cost to Facebook. I paid several hundred dollars for that. This company is not professional and people should not hire.

This app is fantastic! The app's user interface is simple, effective, and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate. Even if you have limited experience with cross-platform integration, the team at CED has done an excellent job with the Wish app. The product management feature allows you to easily sync all of your products, including fine details such as variants and inventory, with just one click. You can also choose to have the app automatically manage this process, making it essential for anyone looking to automate their store on the Wish Marketplace. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing the 24/7 support team is, as they are always available to help with any issues that arise. CED Team, in particular, has been incredibly helpful, going above and beyond by offering to call or message me on Skype when I struggle to sync a new product. I wholeheartedly recommend CED and consider it a must-have tool for any Wish seller looking to automate and scale their business. Overall, this is a highly recommended app!

They sell 500 USD Plugin for onboarding products to Zalando.
Nothing working. We wanted to pay more to get this going finally and fix any occuring errors. Completely unresponsive team which kept ignoring us for months and just wasted our time.
Can only recommend you to stay away from them.

I guess I was asked a couple of times to write a review on the support during the installation process. It's only just been finalized, so there's really not much to say. I've bought the Bonanza extension and more recently the Facebook one, and I guess they both do what they're supposed to do. Time will tell.

Not compatible with Etsy's new API, and doesn't work. Customer service is non-existent, and I will be filing a chargeback with my credit card.

As everyone on Catch knows, the worst part about selling on Catch is trying to get your products listed on Catch. Whilst the documentation on the app is a little vague, the CedCommerce support team sorted out any issues I had in less than 24 hours from purchase and our products are being streamed from website to Catch.

Well done team - Would recommend this to anyone selling on Catch.

Company never pulled through with the project. Was very spotty on their follow-up and timeline and was never able to produce a finished product for my company. In the end they never pushed it to production and it was a lost project that wasted $$$ money on.

I pointed to their policy that upgrades is free but install requires support, they played games. I recommend not to do business with them. I moved to BSS Commerce which I trust,

I was requested to give an extensive review, so I would. Overall it is a useful plugin, the support is good, and customization works are reasonable. However the plugin is incomplete and you are requested to pay for customization (despite functionality advertised on website), documentation severely lacking and needs to be extensively tested to ensure it meets your needs.

Pros:
1. Technical support is excellent. They had resolved all their technical issues within reasonable time frame.
2. Customization works are reasonably priced and delivered within reasonable time frame.
3. The plugin does get the job done.
4. They are easily accessible via Whatsapp.

Cons:
1. No dedicated site to test plugin despite requested. Test site is shared and hence settings is constantly reset making extensive testing a challenge. (There is no trial plugin)
2. The plugin is not complete albeit functional. It is missing certain core functionalities such as updating cancelled or completed orders (Which I had to pay extra to get incorporated). So you need to extensively test the plugin to see if it meet your needs.
3. Documentation is severely lacking, so quite a bit of trial and error involved. This includes server and hosting environment (I ended up upgrading to VPS).
4. It appears technical support is provided by one person, so if he is on leave, the you are kind of stuck.

Everything else within their scope of service. From the time frame, to output of quality, to getting shortchanged, to getting scammed for additional payment for basic functions like importing products. I tell you, don't deal with this company. It's the traditional Indian scammer you hear a lot about.

Overall, we haven't got the system to work. It was an omnichannel system for multiple e-commerce platforms. They refused to refund stating they did their part in trying to make it work.

Do not get scammed by Cedcommerce. They provide unpolished programs and APIs for your headaches to start

We used CedCommerce's service for the second time for work on a website subsection. While this work took multiple times longer than expected, in the end we are satisfied with the result. The employee assigned to our work, Abhishek, was very patient with our ever more detailed requests and usually delivered changes rather swiftly. Most noteworthy, his availability throughout the entire time was very high and fully satisfactory. He even did some checks and fixes not included in the assignment as a bonus. We will certainly work with CedCommerce again.

It you need to sync your shopify product to etsy, then this is your best bet. Sometimes its buggy, but they are working on it and its currently the only option

This company make and manage good plugins. There was a slight issue when trying to get some money back but in fairness it was likely just a delay in communication from within their company. I did finally receive a resolution, some 30 days after a refund was agreed and promised it was being processing there and then. It looks as though someone who cares about customer service jumped in to fix things.

I have a couple of their products running on my website. The Woocomerce plugin which connects with Etsy, Amazon and Ebay. The stock is aligned and you can sync product listings and imports orders in to woocommerce. Perfect solution for what I wanted.
